I bought the Pro 2 buds a couple years ago and they’ve been my favorite but now the app no longer supports my headphones on IOS and I can’t utilize any of its original cool features like ambient noise, dynamic sounds, etc. when I originally bought this product it was advertised to have these abilities that are no longer accessible. Either make it accessible or start issuing refunds. I’ll be buying apple accessories in the future

Dear Samsung as your customers i believe we deserve the app for your own products which we paid and love. You should at least make the app for Galaxy Buds ( newer ones) so we can control these easier as the other human beings who use other OS platforns. Thank you!

If you have buds 2 or buds 3 this app is useless. Whichever Samsung employee that decided iOS shouldn’t be compatible with the new Samsung earbuds needs to be fired fr.

The app is very outdated. Could possibly be a fake Samsung app made by third party.
  • Can’t connect with the App, even though I can use the earbuds in the Iphone.

I have the model SM-R190 (earbuds). I downloaded this app thinking would work like Samsung weareble (like it does on android) but is not the case. I try to connect the earbuds so I can know the battery of the buds, (if Im on noise canceling, etc.) but the app says they are not devices nearby. I dont know what else should I do, since I tried looking for tutorials, find answers here or anything useful, but nothing useful came up. Very dissapointing.

I owned Galaxy Buds+ in the past, and the app worked fine. However I have now recently purchased Galaxy Buds Pro3 to use with my iPhone, and have learned that there is no app support — I cannot configure the earbuds at all. My question is: Does Samsung want to make money? Would the shareholders be happy if they learned this? Devs: Give us an update, or your sales in America will just keep going down.
