    Agreed to 7 day free trial then was immediately charged for the annual app fee. Trickery and a bad way to build customer trust and buy-in. Can’t speak to how well the app works since I was charged before even having a chance to try it.

    I would definitely recommend this app to anyone! Forever I told myself I didn’t snore… until one night I decided to download ShutEye! I found out that I just don’t snore I also stop breathing sometimes when I sleep! I went and got help right away! Now I take medicine to help my snoring and my breathing! Doctors tell me if I would have never been so curious I would not have made it 3 more years! BUT I make sure to tell them it’s not because of me… It’s because of ShutEye! I really do love this app and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! ♥️

    I am 11 I am using the app because I been goi kg to sleep at like 12 and I can’t fall asleep so I used the blue sound now I am going to sleep at 10 2 hours difference thank you shut app. :)

    If you think of free trial its a trap. There is no option to unsubscribe as you have to use for month anyway and customer support - don’t talk about that coz, nobody will respond in anyway

    Ok so I never do reviews unless I’m thoroughly impressed. I’m a scientist so I like data… but I’m always skeptical at what algorithms are actually used to track human behavior because of all the dynamic nature involved. I saw the app last night and said what the heck and tried it. I woke up more refreshed and when I saw light outside I was shocked because I ALWAYS wake up in the dark. I reached out to see what time it was and it was 730. That shocked me. So I slept longer. I felt better and then when I read the report, it matched what I felt which gave me the sense that this may very well be an accurate rating. So… we shall see. That was 1 day. Let’s see how it goes for the week. :)

    I downloaded the app because of the seven day free trial. I must not have canceled in time because I had a $59.95 charge. I immediately went to report a problem. apple.com and requested a refund because I was not going to use the app, the almost $60 for a year might be OK if I could afford that. I believe I open the app maybe one time during the trial.time. I honestly can’t say much about Shuteye premium at all because those couple minutes didn’t give me time to give a honest review of the app, except for the subscription charge. Shuteye and Apple should be able to see my “usage” of the app. I have the premium plan until March 8, 2025 and it hasn’t been downloaded on my phone since March 8 2024. Can someone please help me with this?

    Everytime I use this I learn something new! I just used the dream interpretation and that really hit home. It's also been very eye opening to know I grind my teeth at night. Highly recommend!!
