    I downloaded the app about a month ago to try and get some good deals on skylanders so I can fill out my collection. I was having mostly good experiences until I came across a Green chompy mage for $700 being sold by Storage_Processors. He said in the description that it was almost brand new and came with the plastic from the original packaging. When I got my package it did not include the plastic that was promised and the figure was broken and did not scan into the game(Sounds like it’s filled with water). I contacted customer service and I got a refund for my order very quickly.

    I recently updated my IPhone on this app appears. I open it and it will not load. I get the, “How embarrassing, would you like to retry”. No I do not and I really don’t want lousy apps mysteriously showing up on my phone.

    Customer support does not exist. Sellers are toxic and can break TOS meanwhile buyers get banned for the dumbest things. Horrible app, go to drip

    Personally I love this app but I do see people getting screwed over prices as much as a car and some sellers won’t cancel the order even if you can’t pay for it.

    I have been selling on here for about 3 years now. When I ask support for actual definitions of the word “prize” in their policies all I get is them saying they can’t tell us what they define “prize” as. I feel a company should be able to define what the words in their policies are supposed to mean. If a company can’t do that they have no right to actual enforce these policies as it is not clear to what the definition of these terms are. I am so tired of the app changing the policies and then not even being able to define what they mean. I also see a lot of people doing stuff against the rules but never getting kicked off. You are letting your app become a scummy place full of scams and terrible people. And the people trying to abide by your rules are just given the run around by the pathetic support. Do better
