Whitney has shared her fitness journey and workouts for many years and has now designed programming to help women with their journeys. Whitney is passionate about empowering women to shape the best versions of themselves mentally and physically. This app provides customized programs and workouts to push you to your limits, helping you achieve your fitness goals and get in the best shape of your life. Alive was planned and designed to be as simple as possible and easy to use. Focusing specifically on the workout experience so you have confidence during your workouts. We are excited to continue improving and evolving the app with our Alive community in the process. Features Programs Alive includes 20 different programs to choose from based on your personal goals. When you join a program you are guided through a full schedule of workouts that span over several weeks. This takes any guesswork out and keeps you focused on your goals. Challenges Alive strongly believes your mental health is just as important as your physical health and has designed 30-day challenges where those intersect. Each challenge contains daily tasks, mindful mobility, workouts, and journal prompts. These challenges will help you push your limits and uncover new habits to live a healthier day-to-day life. Daily Workouts Alive includes over 100 daily workouts that are split up into different categories (HiiT, Abs, Pull, etc) so you can decide what type of workout you want to do. Journey The path to a fit, healthy life is a journey, not an overnight process. The journey allows you to keep track of your progress by weight, photos, and a timeline of progress. Alive also has the capability of syncing your active minutes and weight data with Apple Health. Consistency is key so as you continually hit your goals the app will reward you with achievements along the way! Subscriptions / Alive Premium Alive is free to download and offers two Premium subscription options, Monthly and Annual. Both options include a 7-day trial. Alive Premium provides full access to the app including all programs and daily workouts. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. After purchase, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.     I really enjoy the app and the programs provided but for some reason I am unable to save my workouts. When a complete a workout it won’t save it. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it and still nothing
  • More Pregnancy Options

    I’m loving this app so far, did Alove beginner and 1.0, however I’m on the pregnancy program and as a second time mom I find it lacking in some areas. I found with my first breastfeeding did a number on my back with bad posture for months on end. I wish there were more dedicated days to specific muscle groups and one less day of stretching. I also wish the list of ab workouts (not in the pregnancy program) had some pregnancy safe options. I feel the pregnancy program does not hit abs/core enough.

    This app has been such a game changer for my workout routine. As an ADHD girlie with decision paralysis this app makes it so much easier for me to stick to my gym schedule. The Apple Watch pairing makes sure I don’t skip my rest between sets and I am lifting heavier because of it. Highly recommend!

    I have been using this app since 2020. My friend used it first and introduced me to Whitney’s amazing HIIT workouts and I felt the burn. 💪🏼 I now use this app for almost every warm up or workout. It has been consistent and I admire the person behind the app as well. Will forever support Whitney. ❤️

    Let me start by saying I love the workouts. The app on the other hand… I get kicked out pretty much every workout and come back in to the app to all my progress erased. On top of that. It recently decided to say in the app that I don’t have a subscription, but when I check online via the website it is charging me. It’s the same account, I’ve tried everything and they just aren’t syncing.

    I knew very little about weightlifting or the gym and I was around 30 yo when I started. Also the gym was very intimidating for me, especially the weight room. However, Whitney Simmons and her content, along with this app made the gym seem very approachable and lifting very possible, even for me! I am much stronger than when I started, mentally and physically. I absolutely love this app. I love the features on this app such as the demonstrations of each exercise, the possibility of changing exercises, workouts, and logging the weight of each set. There are so many more features but these are some of my faves. Highly recommend for beginners.

    I found Whitney on fiction and always adored her, she always is inspiring me to get to the gym! When I found out she had her own program and app I couldn’t download fast enough! I’ve been coming to the gym for months now and her app has really gave me directions and made me dedicated and excited everyday to see what I’m gonna be working out next on her 30 day challenge!

    This app is wonderful. I love the layout, I love how many different programs and workouts it has. The journaling and the progress is a great feature as well. Step by step videos are great for people who aren’t sure exactly how something is done and great to see correct form. Great app!
