I put in a cancel request last week on the app and there is no Reframe on my phone subscription list YET Reframe keeps trying to take money from my bank. Extremely annoying.

It would be nice if they told me this app costs money up front

Tried the trial and they then auto enrolled me the following month into the 119$ annual program. Now I can’t get ahold of anyone running the app and can’t get a refund through the App Store like the website stated. Con

I cannot praise this app highly enough. It does more than help you quit or cut back, it helps you understand yourself better and offers extremely good self-paced therapy. The toolkit is very helpful. It is a one-stop shop for self improvement, removing distractions like alcohol is just the beginning. My life is much better since I purchased this app.

I decided to try it, and I only used it for one day. Then as soon as the 7 day trial was up, they charged a full $119 without confirming I wanted to keep going. For what the app is, that is excessive. I only used it once, and would really like a refund. I have a baby due in a week, and could really use the extra funds.

I had tried quitting alcohol for 10+ years, unsuccessfully. One day I woke up and had had enough. I decided to find an app for accountability, and found the Reframe app. I downloaded it and have used it every day since- that was 856 days ago. I love paying the annual fee because it’s a good app (good user experience, functionality), made well, and most importantly has 100% helped me quit alcohol with its daily readings, quotes, journaling, community, and tools.

So far I am not impressed with the App and anything it has to offer. It is clearly written on a canned App. The display childish, especially for such a supposed, so called science based approach. Will cancel if tomorrow is not better.

I am so grateful my daughter recommended me toReframe. It truly helped change the way my brain responds to alcohol and I found that by using the apps, attending the pop-up meetings, and the practices and daily readings really helped coach me to have self-control. I recommend this app to anyone who does not feel attending a 12 Step program and is willing to truly better themselves using these program tools. They truly do work if you work them. Thank you so much for helping me reframe my mind regarding alcohol intake. I feel healthier and happier & more focused on enjoying my life🙏🏽

Never felt betrayal like this I am not sure about you, but I found this app during my worst times. I just wanted hope and some sense of motivation to stay sober - the app took me through several pages acting like my best friend and then asks me to pay annual subscription - and so I did. The app literally does nothing except to ask “how did you do” at every 9PM - nothing angers me more than faceless apps that takes advantage of vulnerable people

This App and the community are amazing! I can’t tell you how many times I tried to stop drinking throughout my adult life, but I just didn’t have the tools that I needed to be able to do it. I’ve been on the App a little over 3 years, and I am now 880 days Alcohol Free - that’s two years and 3 months!!!! (In my first year, I made it to 198 days and then slipped up, but I had learned a lot, and I got back on my feet and never looked back). I can’t tell you what a miracle this has been. I had pretty much given up and figured that I was meant to die hopelessly addicted to alcohol. Then Reframe showed up on my social media, and I decided to give it one more try. I am so grateful to Reframe and to the algorithm that brought the App to my attention. Miracles do happen, after all 🩷
