    Ever since you updated where you have to travel to go inside the mansion the game kicks me out whenever I try to collect the item needed. It will kick me out trying to get inside the mansion. This will occur sometimes 6 times to the point I just leave the game. Sometimes I get to collect the item but it kick me out as collecting it. Very frustrated with the game. I hope this new update corrects this as I am ready to quit the game completely

    There is never enough time to play the side games and they are impossible to win or even get very far at all. I have been playing this for a really long time now and I have still not made it into the mansion. The game seems impossible to win or get very far in anything. Merge Mansion is the name yet after a long period of time I am still outside the mansion. Very disappointing!!

    I’ve been playing this game for over a year and for the last few months this game drops off line and freezes up more than any game I play. It’s very frustrating, if I wasn’t so far into it I honestly would quit playing. Also some of the items you have to get takes days to retrieve.

    Since the update on April 2, the supercell is activated and I did not select it. Now all my energy is being consumed. It’s bad enough you have to use a lot of energy to complete simply task when the producers don’t give higher craft items now this.

    Events are fun but annoyingly short. I enjoy the game otherwise and play consistently throughout the day but the events never last long enough to get anywhere near completion, and it’s irritating.

    Don’t waste you time unless you like wasting your money if you use diamonds to reset a object that objects should get fully reset not 1/4… scam artists

    After last update that changed daily rewards (and therefore ability to actually PLAY), I’m considering deleting. I feel like a rat pushing a button waiting for a pellet to come out. Not fun anymore. Change for the sake of change isn’t always good…this was not an enhancement. Ever heard the saying if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it? And now having to travel? Hate, hate, the travel! It’s pointless. And so are the envelopes that string you along for weeks that accumulate into exactly nothing. Also having three other side games going at once that never change and take up real estate on the board doesn’t enhance things or advance your story line. The game throttles down items you need to collect and it takes days to get them, but when they are not needed it takes no time to acquire. I’d love to see more story line development happening with these activities so at least there was a point to them. Why have a fish game or a baking game or envelope game when there’s no real discovery happening? And for real, seriously, travel? That’s got to go.

    I enjoy this game one big problem it keeps going out every time I play I am not on there 5 minutes and it goes out . They need to fix the part where you go to the new part of the house. It’s shout out every time. Needs to be fixed. I tried support but no one can fix it . I still love the game just fix going to the mansion

    I liked playing the game but every time there is an update the game crashes and shuts down, now you have to separately go into the mansion and it’s worse now another update hopefully it doesn’t make it worse or I will have to stop playing as every time there is a story line being told the app closes and I miss out on the story line
