This app provides basic connectivity and data interface to a bathroom scale, but things like tool-tips on chart data points are clearly wrong. Ya know, I’d be happy to help fix the software. I’m a developer, and would help fix it for free just because I want good data and a better app. Please let me help.

I see that there were bug fixes 2 weeks ago. Any of them include having the app actually open or work??? Zero stars from me.

Before Hume when it was just fittrack I never had issues. Since the switch I have issues almost every day. From the scale not syncing to the app not loading or it just being frozen in general. I constantly need to change batteries and try to remember to remove the batteries at each use but when you use it numerous times a week it’s kind of a pain to take out and put in batteries every time. Those same batteries work just fine if I put in a different device so they aren’t dead. Most of the time the scale “shuts off” in the middle of weighing so the app can’t pick anything up.

It’s an eye opener, in a really good way! You can see the outside, but you really don’t know what’s going on inside…we do now! It’s a valuable partner for weight loss and health goals. It was actually recommended for my husband by our doctor, as he’s got to lose weight for medical reasons, and multiple people can use it, so I gave it a go, and it’s truly a game changer - I highly recommend it!

I mostly love having this scanner at home, easy to use and very informative. The only thing I don’t love so far is that the segment muscle (arm/leg) is impossible to see muscle growth on the chart because instead of the line showing the muscle mass it’s showing the weight of the whole leg for instance. I don’t want my leg to necessarily weight more but I would love to see a chart showing the progress of leg muscle mass. Maybe the app can be updated to address this?

So glad I made the investment. This really helps me understand what’s going on. The other day I weighed in 2 pounds heavier than I expected only to realize I have to look at the app. It was muscle starting to grow after being dedicated to working out again. I still got quite a ways to go, but at least I can literally see the progress. I highly recommend this.

I am so beyond disappointed by this app. I have downloaded deleted and re-downloaded the app probably five times. I pay for the membership on the app so I can get Nutrition coaching, but my app doesn’t even give me any of the features that the paid version advertises. My rings won’t show up the app doesn’t sync to my Apple Watch and the app doesn’t show any of the rings i.e. Nutrition ring to help me with my nutrition goals. I watched all the informational videos and all it says is “answer a few questions in your Nutrition data will pop up “ but not even a place to answer those questions. So disappointed.

Ever since the new update nothing is working now. What’s even more frustrating is that I actually paid for the expensive premium subscription so it’s super frustrating that my Apple Health won’t sync and since resetting everything now the scale won’t connect. I feel like I’ve wasted my money.

The app is great when it works, but for me it frequently just displays a blank whitescreen, never completing start up
