    I’m on a big trip with mind numbingly long flights. So wouldn’t it be fun to download a couple of my favorite conservative commentator podcasts from the service I subscribe to? Yes it would be but I don’t get to do that.

  • Just Cancelled My Subscription

    Long-time subscriber, just cancelled my subscription and feel great about it. Specifically, (1) Derek Chauvin - Ben appears to be encouraging the Trump administration to commit political suicide - I suspect Ben is getting paid by dark forces to advocate a pardon for Derek Chauvin (2) Losing Key Talent like Candace and Brett (3) $100 upcharge - I though $149 was a "premium" subscription, but now every time I want to look at something the app wants me to "upgrade" to a $249 product - value is NOT there (4) technology glitches - apparently no one at the DW has every used the product on an iPhone 15 (5) Ben hasn't been showing up for programming - no notice, no nothing - some days he shows up, other days there is no show with no explaination or stand in person to do the show. Overall, the Derek Chauvin pushed me over the edge - Ben is smarter than to push for a Presidental Pardon - clearly there is some other, much darker motivation ($$$). The other issues are longer standing and contributed to my final decision to CANCEL.

    I wanted to cancel as I never use the app. I cancelled two months ago and noticed today I was still being charged. I went to look at the account and it showed I didn’t have a subscription. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t refund me because all sales are final?!? Even though the app showed I didn’t have a subscription and I had cancelled 2 months ago?!? Horrible customer service.

    I love Ben Shapiro. And I signed up for Daily Wire knowing I wouldn’t see it that much with life and the other people I follow. I downloaded the app. What I’ve experienced is that every time I open the app, I have to dig up my password. Every time I look up daily wire, I have to dig up my password. Isn’t there some device recognition? I pay a lot considering I’ve literally never been able to open Daily Wire and hear Ben. I’m better off just googling him.

  • Doesn’t track listened to episodes

    Very rarely remembers what episodes I have listened to. When listening to a series, it won’t play the next episode like any other playback app. And with 15 minute episodes sometimes and working in landscaping using headphones it is inconvenient to have to pull out my phone each and every time. When I open the app because the emails won’t load properly, and links don’t seem to work, I have to search to find the article I clicked on out of the email.

  • Can’t Cancel Account

    I just updated the app. When I look at “manage subscription” it says “insider annual active”. When I click “manage subscription” at the bottom of that page it says I don’t have any subscriptions. I have a subscription that expires in September. I’ll just cancel my credit card so it doesn’t auto-renew. But you should fix that page so people can manage their subscriptions on the manage subscription page. #TestBeforeYouPublish

    Default enrolls you in their political email sales lists when you sign up. Jeremy is open they sell their lists. Now I get five spam political texts a day. Thanks guys - much appreciated. And yes, I immediately jumped through hoops to opt out of your spam racket.

    Log in credentials required every time i try to listen. No “continue” functionality . Daily series have to be hunted down like they’re first time events
