The back button doesn’t work. I have to close the app and reopen it. Very annoying.

Easy to use, and shows you everything you need to navigate the Pamlico Sound and through the Intercoastal

App needs to be fixed. You cannot navigate to prior screen from upper left. Doesn’t work.

  • Clunky

Trying to connect to my Simrad GO XSE is clunky. I have to try and retry. I eventually can get it to connect but it is very time consuming. Trying to synch my navigation has never worked. I get a message “Try again and if you still cannot synch contact customer service.” This would be a great feature - you can do all the planning away from the boat which would be really nice. This has plagued me for a long time. This is really the sole useful feature for this app. Customer Service can’t figure it out.
  • Slovenly implementation

Very poorly implemented workflows. As an example, there’s no indication that one needs a SIM card for updates until actually paired to a device at which time it’s too late to get a SIM card. Have they ever tried using their own software? Feedback failed four times within the app, which is indicative of the general quality of the app. Clunky and ineffective are the nicest things I can say.
