    Great content. Love the Chosen. However I have a real problem with screen orientation. Portrait view for an app that is primarily video is what gets it three stars. Fix this please. It is a flaw in the coding and not hardware.

    They don’t really have much to watch. Honestly, it felt like giving $20 away. That’s fine if someone feels like it’s a worthy cause. Just say that you’re accepting donations because this definitely is overpriced. $7 would be appropriate. IMHO.

    All I can say is wow! Homesteading is a great movie and series that is still being developed and it grabbed my attention so hard that I immediately became a subscriber. From movies, shows, documentaries, comedy shows and big name actors/actresses that are involved, you too can be surprised about everything that they have available and working progress on.     We just watched The Redemption of Henry Myers and really found it to be a tier above todays modern mainstream garbage. We’ll see if they keep producing good content and stay true to they're viewers, if so, we will continue supporting Angel studios.

  • Doesn’t work on Apple TV

    Want to give the content a good review but the Apple TV app doesn’t work in over 4 months. I have written the support folks. They are slow and inefficient at solving the issue other than at the end saying there is a known problem with the AppleTV app with no given timeframe on resolution. Wouldn’t mind giving the company more money with a month or year subscription but not until the app begins working and I can watch content.

    2nd update: now the developer is stating the sign in issues could be a result of my using the wrong email to sign in. As stated in my email to Angel Studios customer support, I provided them with the exact email used and had screenshot proof of the paid membership under than email. Absolutely ridiculous. Next I’ll be told to clear my cache and history. (Yes, that was done way before I sent an email to Angel Studios). On an even better note, I received the exact same response from Apple, 12 times via email. All different timestamps. I happily provided a copy of those to Angel Studios, which they responded the emails were from Apple. Happy to send copies of those to Apple as well. This entire exchange with Apple and Angel Studios has been an epic fail. Will never recommend. Updated: Received response from Apple but the response was was irrelevant. The membership had already been canceled thru the app. Still do not recommend. Apple and Angel Studios is only focused on how I paid for and subsequently canceled the membership. Neither are concerned that the concerned about not being able to access the content when the monthly membership had been purchased. I paid for a monthly subscription thru the app, couldn’t access the content without being prompted to pay again. Sent Angel Studio customer service an email asking for assistance, over a week later finally heard from customer service, not to resolve the matter but just reiterate what I included in the email. Had to get a refund from Apple. Issue was never resolved with Angel Studio customer service. So frustrating because we really wanted to see some of the movies.
