    This company does not want to help you. I did their program for about six days and I started GAINING weight. I sought help from them and all I got was their AI technology giving me pre-written responses. Even emailing them gave me instructions about canceling, no money back. They mislead you into thinking this program is ‘simple’ and all you do is do what the app tells you. I did that, and look what happened. They made me lose something alright. My MONEY!

    First week using simple. Very quick to get started. If you can easily text and do minimal searches you can easily maneuver through Simple. The help topics are numerous with simple, related to the topic graphics. The helpful hints are usually no longer than a paragraph (50 +/- words) and are read in 30 to 60 seconds. Turn on reminders to stay motivated. There are plenty of topics to help you understand the hows and whys of nutrition. Keeping up with your meal entries keeps you accountable to yourself. That’s the biggest win/win of the program.

    This app isn’t ideal for those who have prior knowledge of nutrition and health. If you need help logging your meals or remembering to drink water throughout the day then this is your app. Though there are plenty of apps made for that) these are the main features. The only thing I found useful was the health coach, which gives you recipes and healthy meal options. There are nice and creative options. There’s no price, no help budgeting, or the closest location to get the ingredients, the recipe and ingredients are there. So, if you can afford what the coach suggests, you’ll be fine.

    Simple has helped me lose 11 pounds so far. I love the coach it helps so much. This app is worth the money.

    Gives a meal score for goods, not for quantity or quality. Like cheese - always gives credit for calcium, but not for fat or lack of fiber.

    This app is horrible. I’m trying to lose baby weight as a breastfeeding mother and it’s only solution is for me to fast which is HIGHLY dangerous and unhealthy. This is absurd. Don’t waste your money.
