    The cameras work great. Set up is fairly easy and if you have issues, contact them directly and you will not believe the customer service and follow up after the fact that you get

    The camera picks up on other sounds like it has no filter what so ever. Lags on the daily. Makes to much noise when rotating an sounds is on. Pictures aren’t clear, videos sound like their filled with dark noise can’t hear anything. If theirs to much noise it starts to cancel out. Have to drag my screen over an over an over agin an it never works. Maybe it’s just the one fone that I have but I would love to hear your feed back some you guys are open to new thoughts to make your field grow instead of crumble. Don’t stay closed minded an move up the later an not Down…..

    I’ve tried multiple times to set the app up and when I get to the spot asking vie the verification none was sent to me even tho I followed all the steps and asked for a resend of the code. I reached out to support and all I got in response was an email asking me to rate the response to my issue. Not sure what is going on.

    It was working fine. I’m guessing the recent update has now left me unable to connect to the camera and watch footage on the SD card. Fix this ASAP please.
