    Love this app! Really gave me so much information about my sleep habits I wasn’t even aware of. I had no idea how much sleep debt I was in and how it was affecting my energy levels. My husband and I had a fun time comparing our sleep debts and trying to see who could lower theirs more. I also love how it integrates with your calendar on your phone to show you the times in the day when you have energy dips/rises. Just such a great app!

    I love this app. I unsubscribed at first because I was telling myself that there are “better” apps out there. I was wrong. A week of using other apps that were useless, I went back to downloading and subscribing back to Rise. This app had truly changed the game on my evening and sleep ritual and I am thankful for it. As a new mom, this app is my GO-TO on exploring my energy level for the day. Heck, it motivates me to STICK to the recommendations it gives me so that I can perform to my greatest potential for the day, as well as times of “winding down.” 10/10 for busy people.

    I used this app to figure out how much sleep I really need. Every time I would lower my sleep debt, I’d feel happier and healthier. The bed time reminders were also helpful because they gave me goals. I like this app a lot!

    Charged me unfairly for an entire year after I cancelled my trial. Apple denied any refund twice. Now I have to dispute it through my bank.

    I have ADHD and I am not motivated by other apps. Something about the visuals in this app really do help me see how I can improve my sleep. I love how they educate you on the science of sleep. I’ve learned so much and see how sleep debt is such a problem for my energy levels.

  • Having trouble when logging sleep time

    I am that kind person have not regular sleep time. and I find out that this app have too much bug when logging sleep time. For example, I usually take a nap after work around 6:30pm ish to 9pm(sometime 10pm) and wake up. then sleep around 3am and wake up 7am again. When I wake up at 9pm. I simply can not log my 6:30-9 sleep. The app some time will log to yesterday sleep which mess up my data, sometime I can log it, but it will disappear after I woke up at 7am and I need to relog it again to keep data accurate. Also I don’t understand the difference between nap and sleep. Like for my situation, it hard to define these.
