    I decided to give rise a try. see how it tracked my sleeping patterns and such since i am a day sleeper and work graveyard. I saw 0 difference in it even TRACKING anything. everything was the exact same every time i checked the app. everything. my better sleep app does a much better job at tracking my sleeping patterns and giving me what needs to be improved than this app does even with being a day sleeper. Despite it having access to my sleep patterns and such through both my phone’s health app AND my apple watch. Thankfully i didnt waste any money on this app and only had the free trial and i cancelled it well before the free trial even ran out. even as a day sleeper the app should be able learn my sleeping patterns and be able to efficiently track my sleep. i think i’ll continue with the better sleep app.

    its a really good like ive learned alot about my sleep but the only thing i have to say thats "negative" is that you have to pay use the app its cheap yes and you get one month free which is great but sometimes you dont want to pay an extra couple bucks just so you can get better sleep

    I feel that a lot of this information is correct. I do so much by the end of the day I am exhausted for the next three days then I start again. And exhaust myself all over again it’s a cycle that I need to break.

    Maybe it’s because I’m sleep deprived, but it wasn’t made clear that the initial $20 you spend to see your ideal sleep time isn’t part of the subscription. After inputting my info for my profile, it asked me to start a 7-day free trial, which confused me bc I was under the impression that I had already paid for a membership. I probably wouldn’t have ever been willing to pay the $70, but if the trial had gone well, I may have (for example, I pay for Finch Plus bc I loved the free version). But I feel bamboozled and am uninstalling immediately.
