    i am new to the app but just being able to see all my data imported from my apple watch is allowing me to see patterns and trends. looking forward to seeing how i can maximize my productivity since there aren't nearly enough hours in the day.

    I like the app for the info it gave me, however, if you want to delete the app, it continues to charge you or attempt to charge you. once the app is deleted it should no longer be able to access your info.
  • Good for Lark chronotype, but not Owls

    If you never did anything related to planning your day around optimal times ever before, this app will get you 80% there which is good enough for most people… but for $69 I want at least a little more power. If the app let you choose whether you are a morning person (Lark) or a nighttime person (Owl) or took data from your body temperature it would be a lot more helpful. My issue is that as an Owl my peak energy is right when it is time to go to bed. It’s a small window to fall asleep in before working late triggers a second wind and I miss my cue to stop and go to bed. Cool app though.

    Was coming home from work with around 15% all of the sudden and dropping. Almost got a new phone the battery life was so bad until I found this app was the top battery consumer on my phone by a lot because they tell you to never close it. Accidentally paid for a full year and now I just have to straight up delete the app.

    I got the app a couple of days ago and there is so much unorganized information, it is hard to find something when you want to see it again.
  • Please give us an option for if we have to wake up early

    okay so far i am loving this app and what it is doing for my sleep but I am in college and there are some mornings i have to wake up super early and some mornings I can sleep in. I wish there was an option for us to add our schedule so that the app can configure a better time for us to go to sleep and wake up based on those days where we don’t have a choice when we wake up. also if we could put our schedule in, there could be an option of “when can you fit a nap into your day” or something along those lines!!
