    How do you create an app geared towards helping people with mental health just to take advantage of them? Shameful. I wanted to try the app but as soon as I subscribed, I realized that it wasn’t for me. I was under the impression I canceled on the same day but that didn’t happen when I was charged a week later. I reached out on the same day I was charged and was told I couldn’t get a refund. Their cancellation process is confusing and it looks like it was designed that way. Don’t waste your time.

    For $50, you’d think this would be better developed. This is the bare minimum app with a high price tag. I do not recommend.

    What a terrible app. First, I paid $1.10 at the beginning of my usage. No hidden paywalls anywhere. It was great. I took a lot of different tests and quizzes and learned some interesting things about myself. Then, it happened. I was balancing my bank account and saw the charge of $32.40. It was right there. NO ONE said ANYTHING about having to pay $32.40!!!! EVER. Worst app ever. Scammers. I am very frustrated by this.

    It seems like a really good app but it lets you start by answering a few questions and making an account, but as soon as you get on the app, you can’t do anything unless you have a free trial or pay

    I wasn’t sent my results or directed to download the app until after payment method was collected, which of course is tied to an auto-renewal. After I downloaded the app, I was unable to login or change my password (never got one in the first place). Also, the app showed that I didn’t have an account at all. I filed a complaint with PayPal as well as requesting a cancellation and refund, but to date I’ve received no response.
