    Customer service is horrible, Been waiting almost 3 weeks to receive my card and still haven't gotten it. I had to upload documents??? And now it's telling me they will be reviewed 'within' 2 days. I'm literally a minor and this is supposed to be the card I receive my paychecks on, so basically until these people decide to give me my card I'll be a child slave. Customer service was so rude too, catching attitude like they don't want to do their job. If I had a different choice in the banking I use I would pick a different company for sure.😐

    Everyone should be aware that this is a preloaded card. This is not the same as a debit card. There’s certain places that will not let you use this because it’s not a true debit card. They also will not process any deposits greater than $10,000. So if you get a bonus check, your deposit will be rejected. When you call customer support, they will blame you for making a deposit greater than what they will process. I didn’t make a deposit. It was a paycheck.

    It worked fine for awhile, but when I try to add Venmo and put my information in it says ‘there’s a problem try again later’. Now it’s doing the EXACT same thing with my password telling me to reset it, I try to reset it and I get the “there’s a problem try again later” yeah it’s been. A few days I can’t get into my account. Every time I contact support I get the EXACT same response, “try deleting the app” or “we fixed it try it again,” and it’s still not fixed. I’ve heard people with similar issues.

    My company I work for gave us the option to sign up for this card and get tips nightly or wait two weeks. And for the love of god I wish I had waited the two weeks! This card has been hacked into multiple times. And now they have Taken everything in the card. I called and they told me it will take up to 90 days to get the money back and were rude and very unprofessional. Even hanging up on me instead of helping or giving a solution. I have rent due so love that extra stress for me. It Smells like a scam. Stay away and be smart about your money! Because this isn’t a smart place to put it unless you want thieves to have access to it. Good luck hopefully you don’t make my same mistake.
