  • Predatory pricing model

    The app itself is good, but the pricing is deceptive. It states you get a free 3 day trial and then it’s $3 and change per week after that. I was curious to try it for a couple of weeks to see if it was worth it but after your 3 day trial, you’ll be immediately charged $200 to cover the year. Beware.

    I have been using Unscripted since 2021 with their lifetime subscription. Ever since I did this CRM has helped me grow my business by being more professional and having questionnaires, contracts, and invoicing in one place. I also love the lifetime since I have no subscription and it comes with all the updates.

  • Best App Ever but Missing one Major Thing!

    This app is truly great. It’s been everything I needed to get my photography business off the ground and running. The only thing I wish it had was a way to host a website along with sending galleries to clients. Like how ZenPholio and Pixieset do. Adding the ability to have a small website showcasing my work and packages would amazing.

  • Everything we need, just one suggestion!

    I love everything about pixieset! I truly use it to its fullest capacity. However if I could suggest something I feel would be HUGE for all of us. It would be to add in arrows, to allow scrolling through favorites lists while the photo is blown up to full size in previews. It’s a pain having to click out of each photo, scroll back through to the next and then open it up to full size. If we had arrows to navigate in full size- that would save a smidge of time with each collection. Overall saving a ton of time on backend.

    I looked into this app a while back to see what it offered. I got a new phone and re-uploaded it, then I was charged for a yearly subscription of $200. The problem, I didn't intend to purchase a subscription or I would have the first time I looked into it. I wouldn't have re-uploaded it to my new iPhone if I knew it would charge me for a year subscription. It didn't happen the first time, so what changed? Unfortunately I am unable to receive a refund and now have an app that I will not use. Be careful before opening this app, you don't want to get a surprise subscription like I did.

    I can’t even upload more than one photo without the app shutting down ☹️ I want to be able to use this for my business but I can’t upload my clients photos to the galleries section. Help!

  • Some of these features should not be behind subscription

    I can find the golden hours and blue hours by googling. Apps that charge for convenience are annoying. I’m not spend $4/week to save myself a Google search.

    It’s yearly but I did NOT sign up for that. That’s horrible. Not worth it. The only this I use this for was the times for golden hour. That’s it. Horrible app. Way overpriced. Cancelled and I’m contacting my bank. I was not aware it was $200. I thought it was free. Disappointed.
