  • Deleting habits

    So I have to update my review. I made an habit that I wasn’t actually trying to teach. I go into habit manager to delete it and instead of deleting the one I wanted it instead deleted the habit at the top. Once a habit is deleted it removes all the prior status for that habit. I say make 5 test habits and then go in and try to delete one and see how it does for you but for now I literally thinks this app is stupid for allowing that to happen.

    Just downloaded and love it so far. Reading the reviews and seeing that it helps ADHD makes me super optimistic. I do have one question though, I don’t understand the stress meter, says I had poor 3 times and terrible 2 times, with an average of 22ms for the day, what does that all mean? I do wish there was an explanation to that. Otherwise this is great and I hope it’ll be a game changer for me!!!!
