    I made an account months ago but never used it. Then, I decided to login again today but did not place any bets and come to find out later in the day that they charged my card. Charged my card and shows $0 balance in my PrizePicks account. I have been “getting help” from a representative but all they say is “my apologies for delay response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They will slowly run out of business. FAST TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL ACT LIKE IDIOTS WHEN CLAIMING IT BACK. PIECE OF SH*TS.

  • Offer customizable display settings

    Just overnight this app changed the display settings so that you have to scroll through your selections for anything above a 3-man slip. This is very inconvenient for screenshots and thus research and thus responsible gaming. The app should be updated in such a way that one is able to take a single screenshot which displays up to all 6 selections plus the payout. Before the update you could take a screenshot which just barely fit in 6 selections, but not the payout, and now this update makes it even worse. The solution is to simply offer customizable display settings so that one can fit more onto the screen if one so chooses, zoom-in, zoom-out, font, hide, etc. These are standard options in most all apps and Prizepicks offers no display settings whatsoever. I would love to be able to hide slips that have already lost but are still displayed as “Open Lineups” because other events in the lineup have not occurred yet for example.

    This app will tell you that your card is already linked to another account even though I’ve never had an account with prize picks. What it doesn’t say is that it will still pull money out of your bank that will never show up in your prize picks. Absolute scam.

    Site is a scam. Tried to withdraw money and could not. They said my card was expired so I needed to add more money with updated card to withdraw. This has to be illegal.

    The employees are worse than deaftkings little kids they hire. They will not give me any info as to why they deny my account for use. I’m in a legal state with no felonies but they will not approve me. I have friends use it in my house under my WiFi sitting next to me yet the little people at this company will deny any response to this matter and say they do not need to respond. They are not cool to their customers.

    Thanks for being fair and making an app that’s different than competitors. Wish we get promotions like new customers and more props like every player from every team starting or in the lineup, but I’ll take what I get. The new update messed up the lineup cause I cant view all 6 players only 2, well that’s my review thanks.
