    Got charged 500 when entering the room was advised it would be additional 2500 . Customer service said they are unable to reimburse gifts. Total scam. Use common sense and leave

    I got blocked for literally NO reason. And when I reached out, I never got a response. I remember EXACTLY what I was doing when I was told I’d been blocked, and I know I wasn’t doing ANYTHING wrong.

    I have emailed this app about specific issues that I was having and I still haven’t heard back from them and they’re not showing us how the diamonds are worth , but I have met a lot of cool people on here though that’s the nice part of this app

    Tested waters with newer platforms and coco was one to come across. Needless to say, a fire starter aka so called troll to the streaming streaming community showed the summary of what the platform coco is based on. Not just falsifying my own words by twisting and mis-shaping them to her standards but ending in a wrongful ban that I am just now aware of as of approximately 30 minutes ago. No email, no notice, no yellow flag explanation as to why I have and automated red flag while recollecting my own recognition of code of conduct + terms and agreements that I always thoroughly analyze before accepting such terms. No email and no evidence my account through coco has ever been in existence.

    Sometimes it’s annoying to communicate with so many words being banned. How much does your job pay? The word pay would prevent me from that entire sentence. My biggest issue is I can’t cut and paste comments. If I an conversing with someone who speaks Spanish. I literally have to go out of the app, go to Google translate, cut, and paste from Google translate, then go into the streamers inbox and paste the Spanish statement. I can never cut and paste into the live stream. Other streams allow you to do that but Coco doesn’t. That makes communicating very difficult with someone who doesn’t speak the same language.

    THIS IS OUR JOB. ❤️The app should give us 70% and Coco takes 30% for Coco fees. ❤️For every 100💎 I get .26 cents Coco takes way too many fees away from people. I see all my friends leaving the app and it’s sad. It’s such a great place to be. I have a great circle of friends. I give to a certain few women every week. yesterday was Labor Day and I gave to every woman that I saw. Thank you for listening to my concerns *** SCAMMERS My other concern is that you get all these people offering you $5000 a month SCAMMERS. so they can hack your account and steal your diamonds 💎 and Money. I report every single one of them. maybe on that purple screen it should say please report all the scammers that offer you large sum of money because they are scammers. And do not give out any of your personal information.

    Always a connection issue when I’m on app it always freezes other apps don’t do this so I know it’s not my wifi
