    I’m stuck on the last reward and it’s not letting me progress to receive my prizes been stuck for like 30 rounds on the same ending

    For the most part I like the game. I even spend money for boosters and such which I don’t normally do on phone games. However since the latest update my game progress is super buggy which is causing glitches with bird bombs and level progress. It happens I get it. What I’m upset about is the fact that they wont respond to a customer who is having issues. They give a list and have you pick something that sounds similar to the situation on the hope that it’s been resolved before. The game was fine before the update so it’s not regular game play issues. Fix the game and respond to upset players!

  • Tries to force you to pay to play and magically when you use the special pieces it doesn’t hit right

    When you lose a game it tries to get you to use coins multiple times it gets annoying after a couple times And when you try to use the sling shot or other special pieces it seems like all the sudden it gets the wrong spot or piece and when normally it would knock out a bubble it magically doesn’t all the sudden

    It’s been a month since the last update and it’s constantly glitching out on me. I have contacted support and they were zero help. They explained that I needed to have the “allow app tracking on” and that would solve the issue. It doesn’t. I can open the app and immediately know that something isn’t right. I will then close it out and try again and then it works. But that shouldn’t be that way. Fix the bugs. I’m tired of it.

    I lost my game progress and all of my rewards I was working on because I had to completely ditch the level I was on because it didn’t give me bubbles of the correct colors I needed to open the locks I needed to complete the tasks and beat the level. I needed purple, dark pink and light pink for the locks but it only gave green, blue and orange bubbles, I have a picture on my phone of it. It’s completely ridiculous. I’ve never had this happen on any other app. I was at the top level to get a ton of rewards and that’s just gone now. There’s no point in playing anymore if it’s just going to cheat.

    They display a reward table that changes when you achieve the goals to completely diminish your reward. Spent time and effort is then rewarded little and even sometimes nothing. They did respond when I complained and reimbursed a portion but still owe me double what they gave me and now I get no response.

    Used to love this game, but lately it has been constant glitches and losing progress in the game. They used to be able to restore the progress but now say that there are issues with that too. So they give you some free birds to try to get back to where you were, but it’s not enough with how hard they have made the levels. You end up having to spend money to get back to where you were and it’s getting ridiculous. Think I am done with this game now, it’s starting to feel like a scam.

    Once you get high enough in the game the levels are almost impossible and they try to get you to spend real money and I refuse might delete this game

    I made $1 purchase only to see that game took $35 off my card!!!! They say that they merge all payments together and create one charge but the charges were already taken from my account when purchased. And the purchases are days if not weeks apart. Some more than 7 days
