Updated review- I have been a long time paying subscriber to this app. When they raised the subscription rate $2, I went along with it. Now I've just received a notice that they are going to raise it $5 more. That's a hefty increase, especially for the loyal subs who have supported the app all along. Consider me now, unsubscribed. Previous review-There are very few apps that I will pay for. But, as an intermittent traveler, this one practically pays for itself for the important and accurate weather info it provides. It’s clear that they care about how their app works when you look at the version history. They are constantly fine-tuning it to be even better. The sliding “leave” time scale is immensely helpful in avoiding bad weather and calculating driving in the dark. It doesn’t stop there. Wind, temperature, freezing rain, etc. are all easily shown. It even shows the likelihood of the various conditions. Yes, they've raised the price of this app recently by $2 but unlike other apps, I am happy to pay for it for the ease of use and peace of mind while on the road.

No longer does multi stop routing for cross country. Just doesn’t work with actual place locations
  • Pop up to upgrade to pro version every time I typed a number

I deleted the app shortly after downloading. It offered a pop up to upgrade every single time I typed a number. It was really annoying to have to X out of the pop up 4x to type my address? Also, it was not easy to use which is weird.. it is just GPS.
  • Not even free version is worth it

I cant even type in an address with out it asking me to pay for pro in between each number of the address entered. Even after that I cant get past to start a route. Will be deleting immediately.

I paid for the upgraded version of the app as I drive for a living. This app is invaluable when your doing your trip plan. Truckers know that wind is a dangerous as snow, maybe more so. Knowing the direction is key so of yer light you can explore a route that gets you out of any weather situation. With the premium subscription, which is a steal btw, you can slide through a 72 hour forecast. I’ve been able to shoot through the “holes” in weather systems by adjusting my start time or where I shut down. For a trucker that just means $$$. I’ve actually made much more keeping my wheels turning than the subscription to get all the features. I highly highly recommend this app to professional drivers.
  • Can’t drive without it!

Yes, I’m a truck driver and this app is the best! It gives me all that I need to know along my route. It helps me make the best decisions, especially along I-80 in Wyoming… I highly recommend it. For $18 bucks a year, you can’t go wrong!!!
  • I don’t want to upgrade

Sadly this app has changed and you can’t even use it without constant prompts to ‘Upgrade to Pro’. Why would I want to upgrade when I can’t even see how the app works. Deleted app and will never use again.
  • Lousy app!

When I tried to enter the name of the city I was traveling to, the app failed to find it. How can Van Nuys, Encino, Panorama City, North Hills, and many other cities in LA be missing? All those are major cities in LA. I then tried to enter the address and it says that that is a “pro feature.” WTH! I am trying the app for the first time to see if I like it. If I can’t find the name of the city I am traveling to, or surrounding cities, what makes them think that I want to pay just to try it? Totally unrealistic. That shows that the developer is greedy and lacks common sense.

I used this app to help me navigate from Rhode Island to Virginia during Hurricane Debby. It needs lots of improvement—confusing to use and the conditions were not nearly as bad as indicated.
