    I recently went to England, France & Spain on a very quick trip with my daughter. I tried Timeshifter since my time would be so limited and I didn’t want to miss a moment. It was a game changer. I arrived in London in the morning—put in a full day with no fatigue—and acclimated perfectly. Would not travel without it now.

    Having experienced horrific jet lag like we all do (from 12 hour time differences all the way down to 3) following the plan put me right on track almost instantly. Highly recommended to all traveling!

    It works! We tried our best to follow exactly the plan that Timeshifter laid out for us. That meant we filled a thermos with coffee when we had gotten through security at the airport so that we would have it on hand exactly when we should start our caffeine. We also had our sunglasses with us at all times so so that if we were supposed to be be in darkness, we could put on our sunglasses. For example, we wore our sunglasses while we were preparing for our trip because that’s what the plan said we needed to do. I was amazed that it didn’t shift our sleep and wake times by more than two or three hours prior to each flight. I will forever more be using this app when I travel in order to avoid jet lag. One tiny improvement would be that I usually take a very short power nap every day. It would be wonderful to be able to incorporate that into my Timeshifter plan.

    I used this for a business trip to Italy (8 hrs difference) and followed most of it. Jet leg was quite insignificant and I was able to sleep at night and feel refreshed in the morning already on day 2!! Great tool!!
  • Love the idea but…

    Did the set up. Added a very long trip with six flights. Got an unhandled error message. Tried their solution to go backwards. Then tried their solution to close and reopen app. And I have to start over which I don’t want to do since it’s a lot of effort for the same potential error. Seems like a major issue they know about but haven’t fixed.
  • No Jet Leg

    I am telling you this actually works, took a trim to Morocco with my wife and I followed the schedule about 95%, my wife about 80% and we had zero jet leg the whole time we were there. We followed it about 75% on the way back and I can tell after being home four days zero jet leg again. This app is truly priceless.
  • US to Europe and back

    My wife has used TimeShifter a couple of times and I was impressed. I just completed a trip to Europe and back from the Rocky Mtn area. The results in both directions were quite remarkable. Very little impact of time changes both ways and I slept on track abroad and back home! Could be happier.
  • As Good as Advertised

    I flew from the East Coast to Australia and had little to no jetlag upon arrival, or for the first few days (I'm still on the trip as I write this review). I tried the app because my last trip to Australia was the worst jetlag I had ever experienced. I followed the protocol to the best of my ability and it worked!
  • Easy and effective

    I just tried for the first time traveling to India for work (9.5 hour time difference). I was very worried because I arrived Monday AM and had a full day of meetings. I followed almost all prep instructions and had no significant jet let. Starting prep for return flight in a few days and hoping for the same results!
