    The plan worked! Easy to follow and I was up and running well after both long travel days. Really, quite amazing how well it worked. Even using it in my everyday with light exposure or lack of for my circadian rhythm. Highly recommend!

    My husband and I just returned from a twelve day European tour. We started Tineshifting three days prior to our departure. After a total of eleven hours in the air, we arrived in London full of energy and ready to hit the ground running. We also added a ton of water to stay hydrated. We had absolutely NO jet lag when we woke up the next day. Whatever science Timeshifter employs in its calculations is absolute magic I’m a total believer.

    I followed the plan that the app laid out as much as possible given my schedule. I traveled with 4 other people who didn’t use the app, and I definitely had the least jet lag of anyone and was surprised by how good I felt. I will use this for future travel.

    I always struggled badly with jet lag. I’ve been avoiding going to anywhere in a different time zone for the last 6 years because of that. I was so scared how jet lag would ruin my vacation when we booked our Europe trip. A friend recommended this app and it actually worked. I mostly following the schedules the app recommended and barely experienced any jet lag both ways. Would definitely recommend this app to anyone that struggles with jet lag. It’s a game changer.

    Traveled from Pennsylvania to LA to TOKYO. Left LA at 2:20 pm and landed in Tokyo at 6:10 pm. It’s now 5:45 pm 24 hours after landing and my wife and have felt almost no effects of the of the 13 hour time difference. Accept for some fatigue after we landed in Tokyo until got to our hotel and went to bed when scheduled, we would not know that we just flipped our sleep schedule. We spent 8 hours touring Tokyo today with no effects from the travel. We followed the Timeshifter apps instructions as closely as our possible. The only challenge was the meal service on the plane delayed when we were to sleep by 2 hours when we left LA, but besides that we followed their plan and it worked like magic.
  • Terrible flaws for a travel app

    I’m traveling New Zealand to Fiji to LAX to the East Coast. Thought I’d try this app. I typed in all my flights and generated my one free plan. I knew that I had to start following the directions while in Fiji. And then the app stopped working. Not “lost my plan.” Won’t open. White screen. Nothing. I’ve tried restarting my phone, tried both cell and wifi networks. What kind of travel app fails while traveling? Don’t know if the plan works or not. The technical flaws make this app unusable. (I know that there’s technical support available…but from inside the app!)

    I had a 17 hour time difference to navigate on a recent trip. A friend told me about Timeshifter. I checked it out and decided to try it. Followed it faithfully on the days before departing, and I was amazed at how well it worked. I experienced insignificant jet lag in my destination city. It works!

    I have been using this app fairly consistently for a year. I have relied on it for numerous business trips where I need to effectively have no jet lag to get through a busy day of meetings and presentations. Going from PST to Tokyo, Hyderabad, Dublin, Barcelona, London, Lisbon, Toronto and more has been a breeze. I can’t live without it now on trips. If melatonin doesn’t work for you, this app might be harder to use. The part is isn’t great you need to be fairly religious about using sunglasses indoors when you have to avoid light. I have defn had people assume I was hung over ☺️ I would love if the app also recommended the best times to avoid working out or eating.

    I tried this for a trip with an 8-hour time difference and I basically had 0 jet lag on my way there. I’d say I 80% followed the suggestions. On the way back, I followed the directions maybe more like 60% but feel like I should be more jet lagged than I am. So clearly they know what they’re talking about. I’ve been telling everyone about this app.

    Perhaps if you’re retired then you could get 9 hours of sleep, get outside within a half an hour to get sun exposure, or avoid caffeine. If you are a working person then many of these tasks are near impossible. Waste of an app and will be deleting.
