    I am so excited for this!!!! I skipped summer TT because I was pregnant. Finished postpartum moves and now I’m doing weekly moves along with my second round of core moves phase 2! My body and core especially feel so much stronger than even before I was pregnant! Cannot wait for this extra push I am SO ready 👏 👏 thank you for all you do and for creating programs that are effective and safe for all levels

    I’m in my 40’s and consistently worked out for most of my adult life. I have 3 kids and have been working out at home for the past 3 years just because it’s the only way I can remain consistent. I found Madeline Moves via IG from macro counters that had used her. I’ve tried other programs, but always come back to hers. The programming is super comprehensive, strength-focused, and adaptable. And the platform is the best I’ve ever seen. Super user-friendly with videos for each movement, alternative movements offered for use of different equipment or mobility issues, and super easy way to track weights used so you can see progress. Love that there are 30&60 min options daily. She has several different program offerings—but I always use the “moves” and it’s just perfect. Thank you, Madeline and team, for putting out a great product in a very competitive market!

    Been following Madeline for a while now and doing TT for a few years. I’m now expecting twins and have been so worried about maintaining my strength during pregnancy and preparing my body for recovery. There’s also the chance of C-section that’s kind of freaked me out- but knowing I have the prenatal and postpartum programs to lean on has been so reassuring. Her workouts are well planned, research based, and so user friendly. I’m really feeling confident she’s set up women so well that I can trust what she says and teaches. I was on the fence for a little bit but my body and my health are worth the investment- so is yours! Highly recommend.

    I started doing weekly moves and the prenatal program about a month ago, and can’t get enough! I teach group fitness and worked out until the end with my first pregnancy, and my core and pelvic floor haven’t felt this strong since having my first. Madeline’s programming is so approachable and enjoy its flexibility to be adjusted to however much time I have on a given day

    I do not write reviews very often but was disappointed that I was billed for 10 months without notification from the company that my request to cancel was not completed. I did not receive any emails nor notifications since March 2024 yet continued to be billed till December 2024 despite no use. When I explained this to the company, they were not willing to issue a refund. I am forced to dispute this via my credit card. Buyer beware for erroneous charges!

    Thank you doesn’t seem like enough for this amazing community Madeline has built! I love that Moves App allows me access to all programs without any additional costs. I was sick the past couple days and knew my body wasn’t ready for a Weekly Moves workout, so I subbed a Beginner Moves full body. I was easily able to make adjustments to challenge myself where I needed a little more push thanks to the years of knowledge you’ve shared. Thank you Madeline again for such an amazing community and platform. Excited for the new year TT this will be my 8th!!

    As someone who has always worked out in a gym with scheduled classes, the move app has been a saving grace since have my first and now expecting my second. I absolutely love the new format of the app. I usually dread Monday workouts but I find myself excited for them even coming out of vacation. Madeline does such a wonderful job and excited to work through weekly moves, prenatal and eventually post partum/ core moves!

    I can’t say enough good things about Madeline and this program she’s created! This is the first time in about 15 years that I’ve stayed consistent in my workouts. And by consistent I mean I’ve stayed committed for a year and a half with Moves! The programming is just the right mix of fresh and familiar. And if you’re on instagram and follow Madeline and Moves app, the community of people working out along side you is exactly what I need to keep me going in and getting my workout done some days. And on top of that, the Moves team is constantly striving to improve in every which way they can while keeping the cost the same. The value here is huge in so many ways!

    It’s been a long running joke in my family that I have a tiny butt and as I’ve gotten older and had babies it’s become literally nonexistent. I started the postpartum program (recently had prolapse surgery so wanted to go back to working out slowly and with a big emphasis on core, highly recommend the program) and by week 7 I am excited to announce I ACTUALLY HAVE A BUTT. It is there and it is significantly bigger!! Amazing. Especially considering the first handful of weeks are very gentle core exercises. I love following Madeline online and I’ve loved the app. I’ve tried a few and hers has worked best for me and I’ve actually seen results relatively.

    I’ve been doing Moves workouts for two years now! It’s the only program I have ever stayed consistent with. I love that you can just open the app and your workouts are all laid out for you each week. There are alternates to each exercise and you can see your history which is amazing to see how far you have come with weight selections and reps. I followed Madeline for a while before I jumped on board and once I did I wished I had started sooner! Try the program…you won’t regret it!
