    I have tried almost every popular fitness program/app out there. I went through phases of motivation, but nothing has stuck and truly been a lifestyle change until MOVES! It is a science-backed, PT approved, well-rounded approach to fitness. The app/subscription includes something amazing for all levels, and all desired intensities. Every workout includes alternate exercises in case you need to modify for equipment available, pain or injury, ability, etc. They make sure you’re still getting the work in, which I love! It is so customizable, I never feel like I have to skip a workout due to equipment or time constraints. They continue to add programs, add-ons, and challenges - while the cost stays the same!! An incredible product for the cost, I can’t praise it enough. Also worth mentioning, several of my male friends have joined me for workouts, and they find it as satisfyingly challenging as I go. 😁 Following along with Madeline on her own page is an added bonus for me. She often shows the “why” behind exercises, sequence, rep ranges, etc. She gives great cues to remember as you’re doing the workout, and she works out right along with us which helps keep me motivated too! 10 stars for this one!!

    I have been following Madeline since 2020 and that is when I really began my personal fitness journey. I am so thankful for the app and the way it has helped me through different seasons- most recently through 2 very close pregnancies and postpartum seasons. I couldn’t love it more, especially in this season of life! So practical, easy to jump into a workout, and “modify and go” is the best motto!

    I’ve followed a few different workout programs/apps, and this is by far the best one!! There is something for everyone within this app… I’ve done the regular weekly moves, mom moves (during pregnancy), and core moves to help heal my Diastasis recti and strengthen my core. Thanks to this app, I feel stronger than ever and my core is the strongest it’s ever been. I’m still working on closing my Diastasis recti, but my core is stronger than it was pre-pregnancy!

    I am the strongest I’ve ever been. I have Madeline moves to thank for this! I picked up 35 pound dumbbells and had to double check they were 35s because they felt so light. I owe all of this to Madeline and her amazing app and workouts!

    I think this app has so much potential but it just doesn’t compare to the other fitness apps out there yet. The videos within the app don’t seem high quality (as in professionally made) and the are not a lot of programs available as a user. Additionally, when you work out, the app is silent. It doesn’t tell you a count down, doesn’t have breaks, doesn’t tell you what exercise you’re not moving onto. It is completely silent. You have to click a button every time you’re done with a move so you need to have your phone around close to you and watch the phone to see the timer or click the button. There also is not a low impact setting that will apply to the workouts so you have to manually change the moves as you move through the workouts which is annoying and does ruin the experience. Glad I tried it but I think there are better apps out there currently.

    I cannot say enough about this app and its programming. Madeline and team have put so much thought into every single aspect. I am almost 8 mos postpartum and did the postpartum program pretty quick after having my son. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I saw so much improvement compared to my first postpartum experience where I really did no intentional recovery. This program has completely transformed how I feel physically but also mentally. I have a plan and I have CONFIDENCE that plan is going to work for me. Postpartum, new to working out, or an exercise vet—everyone stands to gain something from this app.
