    Took well over an hour to get to the window in the drive through and didn’t have half of the items for the blizzard I had ordered as well as trying to gyp us out of extra topping for blizzard that was paid for

    This app would be cool if it didn’t use location. I placed an app from my phone and sent my husband to go pick it up and the store couldn’t find the order. So my husband had to log into the app on his phone just to get the order we bought. Then they still couldn’t find it. So we had to show them the receipt. I understand what you’re trying to do with the location but I won’t be using again. We hardly ever go so we probably just won’t go again. Plenty of other apps you can get for other places that work fine. They also did nothing for our inconvenience like most places do.

    I go through the effort of downloading the app and setting up a profile until I get to the point where online ordering is not even available in my area. SMH companies should hold off on the advertisement push until all regions are active. It would give them a chance to perfect the process so as not to look inept.

    This dairy queen has gone downhill. i had 2 people in front of me and waited 30 mins. I had ordered an online order 10 mins prior of getting there they didn’t put my blizzard cup upside down, instead they put a top on it.. pretzels were cold and one order didn’t even have sauce..
