    even after paying you only get so many credits per week to create anything. i could not find one logo that would work with my available credits! now i have to wait 7 days for more OR BUY MORE credits! cancelling subscription

  • Too limited to what you can do with videos

    The app does allow you to add as multiple or as many effect as you want on your videos nor allows you to choose how many seconds of those effects you apply to your videos. It’s kind of disappointing to be honest not to have those features and options in 2025 already. For example, I was just trying to like 3 seconds of one effect I saw and liked, and I put it on my short video, but I was not able to add multiple affects and choose the length of each one like you normally would on any vídeo editor or photoshop because the app doesn’t have the option for some reason. I’m considering not subscribing anymore not even long term. It’s not worth it.

  • Lose credits, no logo

    Takes credits when generating logos but logos don’t generate. You just get the spinning wheel of death. So you basically lose your credits and there’s no way to get them back. Doesn’t happen every single time.

    I selected the lower price short term trial and was charged 29.99 with no reply after emailing. Canceling is difficult. Results, not surprisingly, are terrible.

    $9(?) to get the app for 1 week, and in 10 minutes I had made maybe 15 attempts to get anything near the signatures in the ad, and it literally delivered a picture of a flower, not the initials I requested. I’m talking a picture of a flower that a 4 year old could trace. And when I did finally get the words by trying out every single logo option, it was my name in Arial font in 2 different colors. That’s literally it. Each time I tried to generate something new, I got the most basic text imaginable & it used 1 of 14 credits and then wanted me to pay $7 more for a few more credits. Like, this was straight up theft.

    This app is no longer working for me. I have paid for this app for years, but now I can't even use it. What is going on? I am about to file a complaint with Apple.

    I love Impresso, but lately all my videos have glitches after downloading them into my camera roll. I will definitely try a different app.
