    I recommend this application to anybody who is serious about their health and taking care of their body. RP makes things easy and provides the guidelines needed to stay healthy and stay in the best shape of your life. My only complaint is I don’t believe the workout selection is large enough. When choosing other, it does not calculate the calories well enough. Hopefully in the future, they will add additional modalities of exercise.

    I was a template user many years ago and had amazing results. What I learned from them was that I needed to eat quality food and a lot of it! The app has been the opposite. It just constantly prompts me to reduce calories to the point I can’t sleep or even perform at the gym. What’s funny is every time I cheat and eat extra calories I sleep better and lose weight. I’m done with this app. Chat GPT is my new diet coach and is far more flexible and shockingly… I’m eating more food and losing weight while hitting PRs.
  • Not bad, useful for learning to track changes to your weight. Limited/Dated selections.

    It’s a good app, I followed the diet it gave me to a tee and lost 15lbs in 6 weeks through a pretty aggressive deficit. The app relies on you being on a meal prep style diet and is not really useful for tracking things like cheat meals that go over your macros. It just has a button that says “over macros” and you don’t give it any additional info on what you ate, it just counts it as a missed meal and moves on to the next. This can be helpful for some, but demotivating for others. I think the app is neat, but it is NOT worth the price point at all in my opinion. There are other, free app options that are way more helpful imo (look for orange logos iykyk)

    I get so much out of the the exercise videos! This app is not that. It’s not intuitive. The catalog of food is missing so many items. You can’t add picture of custom food items even though there’s a spot for it. There’s no ongoing total of calories as the day goes on. It’s just, not, great. It needs ai, the option for voice adding food, ai to tally your macros from a picture. For the money I’d love to really get some diet help. I’ll use it for the month, maybe I’ll change my mind…

    Great app that has everything you need to keep your nutrition on point to get results. It is just very very intensive and detailed if you aren’t a fitness/nutrition expert and if you are, you probably don’t need this app. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable, but I spent hours every week trying to create a meal plan specific based on each days various macros. Eventually, the amount of time and effort that took made it hard to keep up with the plan. Again, great app, but if you’re not doing a show or serious transformation you may be better off with a more simple program.

    I used to manually count my macros but in the depths of a diet it becomes pretty hard to think and remember the weights of what you need to eat. This makes that easy when your brain isn’t functioning right on a diet. Seems crazy but if your brains 100% on a diet and your working out hard are you really on a diet? Would buy again. Also, just buy the year package the cost savings are crazy and you get great value.

    Good for tracking, doesn’t have a ton of barcodes in the database. Plans are definitely geared for body building and building muscle while losing weight. Decent app just not what I needed
