    Dr Mike has been soo helpful, knowledgeable, humble and honest… I really want to love this app! However the UI is not conducive or intuitive and user friendly. The meal planner is annoying with its notifications but it seems to lock you into certain meals at the times you have set but god forbid your day changes cause of the nature of life…. The inability to make adjustments during the day on the fly if your day changes and you can’t adjust the meal times if you have a workout at a certain time and is too just clunky. I think there is too much variability in certain things like how meals are broken down yet you can’t find all the items or ingredients you put in and how everything is broken down into categories that to me make it difficult to follow correctly. The app doesn’t really make sense this way cause you can’t find every item and some items have the wrong macros or macros aren’t included. For example I take fiber supplements but Metamucil on the app doesn’t show the uptake in fiber…. So either Metamucil is a sham or I’m just dumb. I hope I’m just being dumb and these are user errors, so please help me to understand how to use the app correctly.

    I used to obsess over my diet and calculating macros. This app has saved me countless hours over the last year. Once you get the simplicity of the design, you’ll forever be hooked. It’s so easy to move meal times, macros, and load food combinations. Adjust to daily changes and stay on track!

    You literally have to enter almost everything in. It would be a lot more beneficial if you could search or scan and go. I understand everything won’t be in there. But not even common things like strawberries are located in the data base.

    I thought I could log my own foods in since I meal prep for the week but it wasn’t the case-at least what I saw. I was hoping to see what my macros needed to be and I could use the food I make and be done. If you could do that it would be amazing
