So far so good. I am not sure you can add alert when battery is low? Also is it possible to buy a better and more powerful battery? It is run out in 2-3 months. I need something can last a 6 months or a year.

This camera is awful mostly because the app needs a lot of updating. The motion detection is very easily triggered by leaves blowing across my yard, but rarely picks up on people walking by and it doesn’t matter what level of sensitivity I set it to. The notification sounds and vibrations run on for a very long time which is annoying and whenever I try to scroll back to see a specific time with action it never wants to go and instead goes back to a scene from year ago that was never saved. The only thing this is good for is as a fake decoy as something that works to deter thieves.

I complain to motion detector. It is very sensitive even if you select low. So, I disabled it, and until now I couldn't understand how does it record, sometimes it will record when there is motion and sometimes no. Sometimes there isn't motion but PIR detects the motion. Very complicate equipment.

I’ve purchased 3 doorbells and all of them have an issue. Either the notifications work and the recording is off or it’s the other way around. I’m unable to get help with setting up all the features and will be returning all my devices

The manual video recording feature does not work. When I select video record I get the message that “The album permission is turned off”. When I go “album” I get an error message. Please explain how to turn on album permission and what does this mean. One more downfall of this application is that it takes forever to load real time video. If my doorbell rings, I sometimes have to sit there for minutes in hand before I can get a video. I don’t think anyone will wait for several minutes before I can see who it is. Also there is an appreciable delay in the video from real time. I have a fast WiFi network and should be able to get quick access to video and real time displays. My indoor security camera has no delays so that rules out my WiFi network. Additionally, the following concern has nothing to do with the app but my S2345S-1 video doorbell camera will only last under a week using two 18650 10,000 mAh batteries and was advertised to last up to six months. Please update this app. and correct these bugs ASAP.

Camera connect but no more notifications on either iPhone 8 Plus or iPad. Rebooted and reinstalled but still the same. Is the cloud server down? Please help to fix it. Thanks!!

I had issues with the batteries not wanting to charge. BUT now when I touch The Microphone to speak to someone at my door, the App Closes. Does anyone know how to fix that problem? I’ve tried Deleting and reinstalling the App, but that did not help..,,..

The app crashes whenever I go to use the microphone.

I can’t figure how can I record to be able to see later. Where does the ads card go?

I use this app for my doorbell hardware. The interface works great and is very easy to learn. Some of the other reviewers have complaints I their rewind about the settings for their hardware but that has nothing to do with this software.
