    It’s a bait and switch app sign up for $20 and then spend up to $300 for anything that may be useful such as uploading a floor plan .

    No where does the app description state that this is a paid app. When I opened the download, It will not let me do anything until I paid for the app. It’s fine and dandy to have people pay for your app. But you are supposed to indicate that it is paid.

    Downloading the app is "Free." However if you wish to actually use it, THEN you get hit with absurd billing options; from the "Free Trial" up to "Most powerful" Pro option. If the devs were honest from the begining about the associated fees, I would have paid for it. But to offer a "Free" app, that requires payment to actually use, makes this app and its developers completely untrustworthy, and I will not use a single product of theirs.

  • Paid for monthly and it’s a wast

    I paid $20 for the monthly subscription knowing I would need the full feature set and of course it does not work. I walk through the prompts and the image does not show up after the first page so you cannot set the scale and then the upload fails. What a waste of money.

    This software is amazing. As someone who builds software for a living, I can only imagine the challenges these teams are facing to get everything working across environments, in browsers, on apps.

  • difficult to adjust

    using this on a mac and an ipad. Just wanted to arrange position furniture in a room. Not for a casual user, definitely not worth the $69.99 price tag. Hard to manuver camera and furniture with a pencil. No rulers on background graph. Wish it would show msmts. on the item instead of having to go to sidebar to view them. Wish it would show distance to surronding wall when placing furniture. "View" on top tool bar is very confusing. Unable to go from 2D to 3D occasionally. Sometimes the sliders seem reversed to move the screen. Very steep learning curve. Furniture styles are plentiful, but which they were more searchable. "Renders" are lmited, accordin g to the subscription you purchase. I would not recommend for the $$

  • Frustrating to use, hard to get documentation

    You can get a room design but the process is frustrating. I bought the professional level access through Apple on my iPad. It renders rooms pretty well. But you can’t lock the room sizes, it’s very easy to accidentally change a dimension. On my iPad, trying to access the tutorials with my Apple login simply leads to a payment screen. On my laptop, I can see the docs, but can’t access the app. When I try to login to the app on my laptop, it requires a Touch Login with no option to use the Password.

    Mac app that doesnt use the trackpad well. Uploaded plans from my architect and their AI took over… poorly. Had the scale way off, labeled things as rooms that weren’t marked as rooms. Made bad assumptions. Tried to change the scale thinking it would automatically adjust everything and it didn’t. Not worth my time to mess with.

    I’m trying this app to see if I can model my kitchen for a remodel we are doing. I’m starting by trying to draw a floor plan. However, the room isn’t square or even a collection of squares, and I can’t find a way to enter dimensions precisely. The draw your own room tool locked up about halfway through the model. It originally said I could “upload a floor plan”, but I can’t find that option any more, nor can I find any info about the format of such a file. Even just trying to add kitchen cabinets is hard, as all the offerings seem to be floor to ceiling rather than bottom (24” deep) or top (12” deep). I can’t seem to specify the colors with a color tool. even the wood floors are laid out in blocks that make the make them look odd. I’m going to keep trying, but at this point I’m finding the program woefully underpowered and incredibly difficult to use.
