    Hi Sam. Please consider recreating your daily guided meditations in Spanish. I know this is easier said than done, but I would love to share this with my mother who is a native Spanish speaker and speaks little English.

    This has been a good app for me overall. I love that it's helped me build a consistent meditation habit, I love the Metta meditations especially, and Sam's voice is pretty good. But too many of the meditations annoy me with the cryptic "look for the looker" instructions, like "Are you really behind your face?" etc — it's too intellectual, it puts me IN my thoughts rather than making me present. I'm quitting the app now because of these frequent instructions. I may return later if other meditation apps have an overall worse experience, because as I mentioned, there is a lot of good stuff here as well.

    I just don’t understand all the hype about this app! Yes, I’ve used other meditation apps. I’ve felt more connected to them than this one. His voice isn’t at all relaxing or meditative. I’m closing my eyes and doing as he instructed and then he speaks in the middle of the meditation and I’m thrown off course. Too many long gaps of not speaking. I have to start all over again! More than once! I know this is a different type of meditation, but it appears this type is not for me!

    If you’re keen on self-improvement, with absolutely zero interest on relationships or community, then this app is for you. If you happen to have a heart/soul, then Sam Harris should not be trusted with your insides.

    I wish this app would have been available in my 20s. I’m 60 now and these tools are helping me recover from years of trauma, from childhood and up. I am learning to control my emotions and thoughts after years of rumination, anxiety, depression and anger. Thank you, Sam.
