    I like the directness with which this program guides the meditator to the true nature of consciousness. The Introductory Course wastes no time in building the skills to gently inspect our awareness as we experience our senses, our bodily sensations, and, perhaps most importantly, our thoughts.     Sam Harris really got the best content gathered in this unique and amazing app. After having tried many meditation apps and different spiritual platforms, I found this to be the top 3 best apps I've ever had. I especially like the fact that it's not only meditation and spirituality (although I LOVE and binge the spiritual content in here too), but there's also a lot of incredibly interesting content in science, productivity, psychedelics, natural medicine, physical and mental health, habit development, etc. I'm definitely becoming a better human being, more connected to my inner truth and the Universe, and also living in expanded awareness.
