  • Glitchy, poor support

Works when it works, but often gets glitchy. Frequent crashes. Support is not great. The few times I’ve contacted support I felt like I was wasting my time as I was just told there was not an issue

Wasn’t able to send or receive calls or text and customer support never got back to me

Registered for a trial and immediately received an error that prevented account setup. Did not hear back, so two days later I contacted support again via the support email address. Again, no response. So a day later I requested cancellation of my trial and deletion of my day. No response, and on day 7 my card was charged anyway. It was disputed with the c/c company, and should it be contested, I will provide proof of attempted communication to verify attempts to cancel.
  • To think I trusted this company

Linked Phone did not notify me of any issues with my 10DLC Submission & left me without a way to schedule clients for over a month. I am by appointment only and schedule via text. They claimed my EIN number was incorrect. It was not. No warning. No notification. No chance to correct. Just all the sudden my clients not receiving my response texts. Once I realized & reached out, they told me 4-10 business days, even though I was not at fault, & stated they couldn’t escalate it. I am still suffering from loss of wages to this day. It cost me thousands of dollars. The ripple effect continues. I’d like all of my payments refunded, even though it won’t merely cover the damages they created. They told me they can’t & I’d have to reach out to Apple. The lack of communication was baffling, prior to and throughout, while I continued to beg for an update. Email. Text. Mainly ignored. My small business depended (and trusted) on Linked Phone. Over 30 days…for something I completed and did such properly. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I’m a Verizon One customer now and completely satisfied. Trust me, go there…NOT here!

If your looking to be able to text, do not sign up. We were not told we needed a EIN number to be able to text people from the start. After spending hundreds of dollars on marketing material I now have to switch numbers. Customer service is horrible and takes a long time to get back to you. If you get through to someone by phone they will never call you back. Lied about giving credit for the inconvenience they just want to get you off the phone.

I like the app but getting a hold of live support is impossible
  • Can’t sent texts

Our account has been under review for weeks and we still can’t send outbound texts messages to our customers. How can we run a business when we rely on you to do the update in a timely manner?

When I first started using this it was ok other than the occasional freezes and not getting client texts then they made it so you have to enter business information. I’m a sole proprietor, I pay taxes my business is registered on Google but because I don’t have an EIN now I cannot respond to my clients making this app useless. I emailed them to see if there was a way around it and they said sorry no. So now I either have to go through the llc process or cancel this app and find something else and transfer all my clients info over. I don’t understand why if a client has you in their contacts it should be filtered as spam and they won’t receive it. I also do not understand why I can’t use this as a sole proprietor.
  • Useless after update

Why do we have to register a number to text our costumers: we are paying for a service, it needs to be done by the company providing the service.
