    Does what it’s meant to! Let’s us respond to inbox chats from our mobile devices. The only gripe I have is that this app does not automatically refresh the status of chats. For example, every time I go into the app I will see a “open” chat that I know was already closed. To get the chat to refresh, I have to switch to “Closed” chats and then back to Open chats. Really annoying and the reason why this app is not 5 star.

  • Login/Notification Issues / Dark Icon

    Lots of issues not receiving notifications only to realize that I have to login again for no apparent reason. Also not having a Dark icon like the standard Shopify app has is a ridiculous oversight.

    We loved this app when we first got it because it’s so simple and intuitive and seemed to work great. And it’s free! But about a month ago, we stopped getting mobile and desktop notifications. We have checked every single setting on every single device, we have gone so far as to make sure our Google Chrome and Safari browsers are allowing notifications… Nothing works. So frustrating when we have no idea when a customer has messaged us so nobody is getting timely replies. Email notifications work, but unfortunately, those are not a part of our staff’s workflow. They don’t have access to email so not very helpful.

    need to uninstall and reinstall about once a week to receive notifications. Time consuming and I miss customer messages in a timely manner as a result.
