    I don’t have a valid card, some idiot sent me money on this stupid app literally on the last day this app was suppose to be working and it was all offline. Customer support down. This is ridiculous. Now the money is gone. What a scam

    My bank refuses to do service with this third party money sending app. They all work the same and can’t be trusted just send money through your own bank and avoid unnecessary security breaches..

    I had tried to send money to another account through external account through Zelle on my banking app and when the money got taken out of my account I tried to claim the money on another account and the money was lost! I couldn’t claim the money and when I attempted to contact customer support was met with the line instantly hanging up after ringing 3 times. Will never use this service again.

    My small midwestern credit union doesn’t have the option to enroll with Zelle. Apparently that means I can no longer access money sent to me via my Zelle account? So frustrating.

    My credit union on its own is not part of the system. Now with them no longer supporting this application I loose the ability to use it. Thank you Zelle for being too lazy to support your own application. I guess greed always finds an away.
