    I tried 6 times to create a number. Each time i got to the screen and selected a number, it would never let me move past it. It just continued the “loading” forever.
  • Poor customer service

    I’m giving this a one star because it is so very hard to communicate with customer service when you always have to do it through email sometimes things are urgent and you need to speak to someone right away. You have to open a ticket and they take days to respond. I keep being charged for something that I didn’t sign up for something called sona. Someone finally said that I would be refunded and they ended up canceling all of my services. Then I was told that the problem was fixed I would be refunded and I wouldn’t be charged until July and today I got charged the communication with customer service is horrible.
  • Doubled prices for Loyals

  • No Customer Support – Just Charges for a Useless Service

    I strongly advise against using OpenPhone. They charged my card multiple times, but I was never able to use the service properly. My caller ID showed someone else's business name, and after 9 days, they still hadn’t fixed it. There is no phone number to call, no live support, and no way to get real-time help. It’s a complete black hole once they take your money. Avoid if you need a reliable service or actual customer support.
  • The app used to be good

    I've been a loyal customer for over five years. When I made the switch from Google Voice to Openphone, their customer service was quick and their service nearly glitch-free. However, the situation has changed over the years. Nowadays, their customer service takes days to reply, and I'm encountering dropped calls almost every week. I'm currently facing a problem sending text messages due to a billing concern, and I'm waiting for a resolution. Despite my appreciation for the app, I've reached a point where I can no longer tolerate these challenges. As soon as I can, I'll be parting ways with Openphone.
  • Overall good app but if you report a bug nothing gets fixed

    The service is decent but there are bugs and problems. The problem really come to their customer support. They hardly respond and even after giving them the requested information their team is extremely slow to respond. It takes weeks or more to reply. We are still waiting on a resolution for a month now on an major bug.

    They’re making me verify my identity after i paid for their services. I have to treat a selfie with my license to verify. Ridiculous. Anyway. Canceling my service.

  • They block the account for calling customers

    I was fascinated with the application for the first two hours. However, after the third, people's voices began to be heard robotic. Finally at night I tried to enter and I was surprised that the account is blocked. According to them, when calling customers I must have written consent from each one, which is inoperable, my company's system is based on referrals. Unfortunately I lost the subscription money and I will not be able to continue operating. I don't recommend it
  • Cumbersome set up
