    I was just charged 4 times for an annual subscription. And only provided with one. WebNovel customer service stated that they are only a merchant and that I have to take it up with my payment method. My payment method PayPal says I have to late it up with WebNovel. Expensive lesson learned. I am going to keep trying to get my $600 back though.

    I shouldn’t have to pay to read books that aren’t even edited properly. There’s many typos and sentences that don't make sense.

    I use this app everyday and always find new stories to read. I do spend coins to unlock some chapters, which leads to the Challenge Missions. If I am going to spend coins, please don’t give me single-work FPs for a novel I don’t want to read for a reward. Please change it to site-wide FPs.

    So I love ready the books on this app but for the last couple of days my check in has been going haywire. Today it started me back at one I’m kinda sad but at the same time I’m not going to stop reading. But over all I recommend this app to all my fellow readers u get sad happy gangsta trolls dragons and more. Ty

    There are pros and cons for this book app. However compared to most book apps I find this one to be reasonable. They have a wide selection of books ranging from comics, manga and fanfic. Then of course your normal written novels. The pay system isn’t super bad. Doesn’t completely scalp you. The app has a fun and engaging layout. They have a level up system and point system which allows you to use your points to obtain tickets (coupons) to get between 10-20% off coins you purchase. They have cute page themes for when your reason. Like in Facebook messenger when you put a theme on the chat. They also have a profile where you can upload a profile pic and add cute frames. You can also get those leveling up and with your points. The only thing I find not too fair is the fact you have the ability to get a monthly subscription and the price is 9.99, for 9.99 you can also get a one time payment… for almost the same amount of coins. I find it silly to offer a subscription where you are suppose to benefit (there should be a special reason you get a rotating payment). However they offer 500 coins for 9.99 and then each month for the WHOLE month you only get 800. I also believe the first month just for getting a subscription is the only reason you get 300…. So pretty much I’m sure it’s actually less than that after the first month. Aka instead of 800 it might only be 650 after that. Which is absolutely pointless to get stuck in a subscription when your only benefit is 150-300 more for a whole month. Might as well just pay the 9.99 and if you need to keep reading get a larger amount to have for the whole month. Which leads to my next point on the prices. Once you get to the highest you can pay for coins in a transaction they almost drop the amount it should be so you CANT get to many coins. They want you to have to buy more so if they give you too many coins with the largest payment you wont need any for a while. So they do seem to have an annoying tactic with the monthly payment and the largest transaction pertaining to coins. Aside from the few flaws I’ve mentioned it’s a pretty good app and I do appreciate this app.

    I love webnovel. I love the books, the app, how user friendly it is. The community. But holy mf baby Jesus is this app a money grab. They don’t care about fairness for the readers or the authors. It costs $20 to buy privileges for chapters and then to keep them every month you have to repurchase the same privileges and get no new access to chapters. Basically every month they want you to spend absurd amounts of money and pay their authors only 33% of the books total revenue. Imagine generating $100 in book revenue only to make $33…. Imagine spending $100 on an author and they make chump change. Hope webnovel becomes more like alpha novel or Wattpad and less like Facebook where it only cares about $$$ and not $$$ work ethic and fairness.
