    There’s a lot of stuff I like about the game but the thing that needs the most improvement is a way to contact the developers. They need a way to get feedback from the players and currently there is no productive way to do that. A way to tell them what’s working and what isn’t working from the people that are actually playing the game. People are frustrated they aren’t being heard about stuff that affects them, especially the players that are paying to play. It ruins the experience for me and makes the game frustrating instead of relaxing. Opening communication would be beneficial for everyone involved.

    a $100+ per month membership is crazy for anything at all. but for ONE GACHA???? one gacha plopped in the middle of the month? that doesn't even start at the beginning of the month? horrible and greedy. are you serious? So many different opportunities are locked behind this abnormal price point as well- such as a rerun of items chosen for being widely desirable which were once normally acquirable. recently, the decision to remove images from their previews was made, leaving a lot of players in the dark for what they should continue to save for. it seems every decision the company makes is to continue to leave their playerbase in the dark while continuing to praise the little few who can manage to afford such a luxury pricepoint.

    This game was at first overwhelming with the multiple pop ups and games to access, and I wasn’t sure if I’d get into it, but I now love it!! It’s so much fun, and I’ve been really involved in games and happy bags. I enjoy the smile works a lot and am so happy to be involved doing other people’s rooms designs! The boutique game is super challenging, to the point I wish that you received a gacha ticket with every win. Knowing you can get a gacha ticket on the website every week is a major bonus!! But please, please, let us hide the side bar off the screen with an arrow so we don’t always have to see the games, event and voting bubbles on the left side. The game is very busy and sometimes overstimulating which makes it hard to take everything in or make our rooms pretty for parties. Also the happy birthday banners never fit where they’re supposed to. Also, when you’re in the town serving requests, you need to back out twice to be able to access the lower menu to get to shops, inventory etc, which is a hassle. Sometimes I want to check my inventory so I know which Sanrio characters I want to talk to more. Also, when we’re in town we should be able to give item requests to Sanrio characters immediately when it’s in our inventory, rather than having to back out of the screen into town and then visit the Sanrio characters immediately, to then have to go back again to spend cookies. It’s very inconvenient. Also for some reason I can’t listen to Spotify or YouTube in the background during the app play. Thanks for making the game! It’s been a joy to visit others & play the games. The dice rolls have been super fun.

    I love this game soooo much, but thanks to <> if you really want everything in this game you have to pay $75 EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH just bc it’s Sanrio. Have you guys ever realized that when you look at Sanrio items in normal stores they’re super expensive?

    Originally I was just gonna check this game out for a little bit, not really use it, but then I got some decently nice items in game but I don’t have an account logged in…. So, if I make an account on this app while in the settings, would it keep everything I’ve gotten so far or would it just delete it all? I read the part where it said using as a guest might have this happen, so idk. Cute game tho!!
