    App used to work great. Now it takes ages to update tracking - to the point that it’s virtually useless. I have a UPS package I entered nearly a week ago that hasn’t updated once on Packages but yet gets regular daily scan updates on the UPS app. I no longer see any reason to continue using a tracking app that never updates.

    Minuses: - Timestamp can be in the future (e.g., “in 8 hours”) probably because it fails to account for time difference with the origin. I see this with China Post parcels. - Probably not this app’s fault, but Amazon repeatedly wants user to sign in and grant full permissions. That’s inconvenient and also bad for privacy/security, so this is an unfortunate limit to its usefulness. - Should support iCloud sync so I can track on multiple devices, and/or a Share feature (with a picker to select which parcels) to avoid re-typing the long tracking numbers.
  • Fast updates and reliable notifications

    I used many other apps in the past, but none match the reliability and freshness of notifications like this one. Too bad is difficult to find it by searching for keyword "tracking". I particularly like that it tracks a parcel that involves multiple national/international carriers when it comes from China, and it displays links to each carrier site.

    Updating for my previous review: Definitely my favorite package tracking app. I love how it automatically aggregates multiple tracking data sources when available for a tracking number. I also appreciate how quickly they fixed a bug that showed up when the new iPhone 16 Pro Max came out. My sole complaint is that there’s no clear, easy way to send feedback, bug reports, or otherwise communicate with the developer, outside of writing a public review like this.

    The app is great but it still lacks support for the new phones’ displays. The setting and search buttons are out of reach and behind the system status icons at the top of the screen. 2.0.4

    This app only supports iPhone. Looks like trash on an iPad. Also, import from Amazon doesn’t work at all. I logged in and it imported 44 items and all of them say no info available. So that was a joke. I only have 2 active items that have been shipped.

    The app worked great before it was upgraded. Now will no longer track AliExpress packages by using to login process to gather all packages and tracking info. It will track if manually enter 1 at a time. Please fix this or refund my subscription.

    Love this app, have been using it for years. I have recently encountered a small bug though. I have a tracking number that auto detects the wrong shipping company and when I try to manually change it, it just keeps reverting to the wrong one.
