  • The worst

It would be impossible to convey how bad your customer service is. I seemingly have two subscriptions (digital + weekend print) which you all can’t figure out. I now haven’t received the physical in 5 weeks and you just keep saying, “sorry, it’s the distributor.” Calling you just get a rude, dismissive agent who can’t help. DO NOT SUB.

Years spent in the finance world utilizing the Financial Times for market and geo-pol info - top shelf. As an American, I find the FT as more introspective and (much) less-biased than our domestic news sources. Oh, and I work in craft beer- Still the most subscription-worthy news on Mother Earth.
  • Too pricey

I got the dollar trial version, and for a dollar, you get your money’s worth. However, when it comes to paying $39 a month (or $75 to add in Lex), I’m not seeing the value prop. From my experience, it’s mostly news you could find anywhere for less or no cost. And IMO, the FT perspective is not above and beyond. The OpEd section is amusingly partisan with wistful pieces like “How the Democrats can win in 2028.”

Terrible app. Frequently won’t load so I need to delete and reinstall. Conservative paper with occasional good articles. Right of center politically

5 stars for the app itself 5 stars for the content FT is one of my most trusted news sources, and is also usually one of the first to report on breaking news. It is well worth the cost of the subscription, and this app is very good.
  • Readers’ comments

I like the readers’ comments space. So much gets said; how does FT digest these? Would be a good work for an AI tool.

Biased media is the norm these days. One sided persuasion tactics.
  • The most important paper on the planet!

If you want to understand the collective consciousness of the world economy and spot unfolding trends, there is no substitute for the Financial Times!
  • Disconcerting screen leaps while reading

It looks like a commercial on the screen is not fixed size causing the page to shift while reading. Very disconcerting.

20 year subscriber, recently cancelled. The FT has gone painfully pro-Kamala. I used to read the FT bc it was both worldly and fair. RIP FT.
