    This games was great at first, now it is like they aren’t even trying. The monthly sets are not something you would want to own. Which makes it hard to advance because you need to earn the bonus hearts to advance by buying set pieces.

    Hello! I really LOVE this game. I just ran into a snag though. I’m on Magnolia Island, and I cannot get the expansion to work. I have enough to make the expansion, but the game will not allow it to unlock. Please fix this. Thank you! P.S. I have deleted this game. I tried to open your “help” page and all I got was a white page full of nothing. Of course, this was no help (of course) along with your canned responses to your customers. This is about right. Bye!

    It started great but the items become harder to find as they keep adding more with each play. They’re also tiny and conspicuous, so if your vision is low do not even bother to play this game. This is for a perfect vision person.

    Update: I received a response from the developer telling me I should store lower value decorations to make room for higher value items. I currently have 1,470 points stored and no room to place those or anything else. I have to complete 5 more scenes to unlock more space and need 578 points just to unlock the next scene. Everyone on my team has stopped playing because of this so they have also stopped spending money on this game. You’re not doing yourselves any favors by being greedy. The expansions keep getting smaller and more expensive and requiring 580 flowers to move to a new scene is ridiculous. The constant freezing of the screen doesn’t help. Most of my team members have quit playing because once you get to a higher level it’s impossible to advance. You’re doing yourselves a disservice because there’s no reason to buy decorations if you have no place to put them. I have about 600 points in storage in order to place higher point decorations but I’m completely out of space.

    These people (Wooga) are the most arrogant, disingenuous, and miserly developers. Customer service is unsavory, responses are “copy and paste” jobs, and, I don’t even think they read anything. What’s lacking in this game that would take it to the next level is developer flexibility, honesty, and willingness to honor simple requests. I like the game but, I can’t give 5 stars. Not until I see some respect for customers and some generosity.

    Hello… I am an avid play and I have 1 suggestion, is there a way the developers can make it so that the players can rotate the items on our island please?? If they can do that then I’d change my rating to a 5 star. I just hate not being able to turn an object around to make it fit better into a certain space or area. I personally would love that!! Please and thank you 😊
