    This app is a scam!!!!!!!! The worst app when it comes to managing your subscription. They have made it so much complicated so that you won’t be unsubscribing. No idea how I can unsubscribe I don’t even see the manage subscription button.

    I’m one day away from my first full week fasting. I decided to start with a 10 hour eating and 14 hr fasting window. With all the cool free daily fact newsletters about the benefits of fasting, water intake reminders, fasting/eating window reminders, meal reminders, and motivational images telling you where you are physically at each stage of fasting has been the key that has pushed me to keep going even in the moments when I wanted to give in ( I struggle with emotional eating). So far I’ve lost about 2 lbs eating relatively the same diet as normal and walking twice this week for 30 min. So far so good. I’m contemplating buying the coaching option within the app. I think that will be the key to keeping me accountable when I inevitably stop being motivated so well with the stages reminders (thank you ADHD). It’ll be a great way to remain motivated as I work my way to my goal. There is also a fb community for the users of this app which I may decide to use in the future but how cool is it that there is one offered in the first place. The app also helps you track your weight, sets a goal, gives you badges for completing achievements, keeps track of your measurements and motivates you to stay informed on how fasting works by sequencing different short and informative articles that can only be unlocked as you read the first and so on. I have already recommended this app to one friend and will likely be recommending it much more.

    This app is so confusing! There is no guidance on how to use it. I paid for the Coach which as far as I can tell is pointless. Will be cancelling the app as soon as I finish writing this.

    For the last couple of months, I have been wanting to lose a few pounds, and this app has been helping me. If you download this app, here’s is some things you might need to know: 1. You can fast for 1 hour and eat for one hour (Fast means you don’t eat in that period of time) 2. You can skip breakfast, lunch, and dinner to boost your fasting time 3. If you feel like you have to eat, you can change your fasting time so you can eat more I have chosen to skip breakfast because I think it is the most easiest one for me. I also changed my fasting time to shorter so I could eat more. I ate at 9:00 PM yesterday, and now I can eat at 1:30. Hope you enjoy this app! Stay safe! Hopefully it works for you.

    I’ve looked and looked for an app for fasting that was free. While this app did have a paid version, it still is a useful app for the free version. It does ah the things I need and want it to do. If you’re looking for an option for fasting and done want to spend $$ this is great. As you use it you may determine you do want to upgrade to the premium!
