  • Can’t get into my app

    I have been trying to get into my app for like 2 1/2 to 3 weeks now. I don’t know if there was an update or what not, but it’s very aggravating that I can’t get into my app like I have always done before. I use to just use my Apple ID and facial recognition to get in…always. Now when I do that it tells me that it sent a 6 digit code to the email associated with the account, which I still have not seen. I don’t even use my email address to log in even though they have my email address, but I still have not received any 6 digit codes. I checked all my mail boxes. I then proceeded to go ahead and just make a password since the other way was giving me trouble. When I made a password it took me to an old account that I had when I first started with them as a free trial, and not my current. It says my website expired, but I don’t have a website. I tried to have a website during the free trial and did not like it so I just opted to only use their scheduling system. But any way… now when using the password it does not connect me to what I’m using currently. And this is only happening on the app. On computer I am able to get into it fine. I tried to reach out, but then it asks you to upload documents such as bank account and statement as well as an ID…MAN IM JUST TRYING TO REACH YOU BY EMAIL AND TELL YOU MY PROBLEM. If it were not that I have people still on my books as we speak I would change companies. I was really liking the platform I am on but if it continues like this I will eventually have to make a decision soon.

    Half the time the app doesn’t allow me to log in. The website is still up but I can’t access the account. The app always says error or no account found. Why am I paying if I can’t even get in .

    Horrible app. Not as easy as it seems to create your schedule. I payed $200 for a year subscription to use the app and it has said my trial has expired. This I have emailed and contacted them and they have yet to reach out and fix the problem. I am losing clients due to this inconvenience. Do not

    The app only shows remaining balance and not what client has already paid, very annoying .

    I got all set up on this program and sent it out to my customers without knowing that all my booked appointments would be lost if I would not pay 20$ a month

  • Can’t see payment review again

    This was an issue that was fixed before but now it is happening again after another update!!!! The issue is that I am not able to see the payment review like how it was before. Before we were able to see, and it was also listed, the deposit that the client payed already, and then the remaining paid either in cash or card. It was easier this way because it was easier to record payments at the end of the day. Now, again, it will just tell you how much the client paid and total without showing you how much they paid for the deposit and how much they paid for the remaining. It is so incredibly inconvenient to have to go to the website for this when it could just be on the app.

    I am so disappointed in this new look. I just revamped my site and it’s now out of order because of the new look. It’s not appealing at all. We should have had a choice instead of being forced to have this look.

    I’ve been using this app for two years or so, and they still cannot fix the issue of uploading a picture. This app is a companion app to a computer software program. It is not meant to be used as a standalone product. I am being told JUST today. It’s useless unless you use a computer. Absolutely the biggest waste of my company’s money. Keep Shopping there there’s gotta be something better out there than this!!! And I have made the developer aware almost monthly about this issue!
