    Any of the good features they removed on their updates, 90% of the time it’ll not show you your full schedule for that day on your phone, not the best interface honestly wouldn’t recommend and constantly convincing my company to move away from this

    Works great as scheduling software, except for when I have to log back in multiple times a day. Support was unhelpful, I deleted the app and reinstalled as they said and it only temporarily resolved the issues. Depending on how much you use the app for business this is a huge inconvenience.
  • Square reader not connecting

    Square reader isn’t connecting via app. It’s just stuck in connecting. I have to exit the app and open square to take payment.

    it's so frustrating that when i need to quickly look at my schedule or make an edit, i have the log in every single time! please fix this!!!
  • Bad Service Providers

    I feel like most service providers use this app to schedule their clients & although the service providers love using this app because of how convenient it is not all providers are what they claim to be. Please make it mandatory on your app to allow clients to leave reviews on these providers so that we can be more selective when choosing someone for health & beauty services.
  • Constantly Logging Out

    I have had this app for years and I actually love it besides one MAJOR issue I have and have always had. It seems to be a certain amount of times you can click on the app before it automatically logs you out. God forbid you have to check your schedule multiple times a day you’ll have to log back in at least once. If I don’t touch it for a while it’ll let me in but wow that is so annoying. Please fix this. Like please. I’m begging. I have to check my schedule pretty frequently and having to log back in before I can schedule a client’s next appointment or check the price of their services is SUCH an inconvenience. Otherwise, love the app. However that is an inconvenience that would make me find a different app. I do not want that I love acuity. Please fix this.

    Need a way to submit forms and confirm clients not just a drop down, need to inform clients they’re confirmed! Second I’m constantly logged out! Constantly the app requires x amount of data to re login in. And why an email? Not a text ? Super tired of this app and the monthly cost $20 isn’t worth it. Likely going to just use Jotform for booking and make clients sent their appts themselves on their own.

    Love the app in its entirety. I really don’t have a complaint outside of the fact that it logs you out of it every other day, sometimes more than once a day, forcing you to log back in. & although it may not be difficult to do so, it’s a hassle & it’s annoying when you were just logged into the app 20 minutes ago.

    I’ve been using this app for over 8+ years & rarely had an issue. Im not even the type to even write reviews BUT this new update trying to “improve/bug fix” which yall do every 2 weeks & i dont know why cause nothing even be wrong!!🙄 but i randomly updated the app today & now the made it to where now I cant see ALL the add-ons or NONE of the add-ons that my clients added to their service when they booked. But the remaining balance price gives they added something cause it dont align with the service they booked. Example: a client booked for a frontal wig install ($130), paid a $20 deposit but the remaining balance says $140 when its technically supposed to say $110 & im thinking i changed my prices or something(which i didnt), I type in my clients name, go to confirmation email & see she added on “Curls” which is $30 but on the app, it looks like my client never added on anything.. It leaves the stylist like me confuses cause now Im wondering what my clients added on which could be bad for business because what If Im doing a client hair & i think Im only supposed to just do the service & not the add ons like “Curls” just because I dont see it on their appointment but they telling me that they added it & i have no way to prove it BECAUSE I CANT SEE THE ADD ONS unless i go to they original confirmation email which is doing wayyyyy too much & unnecessary cause thats taking too much time out my day. I be booked & busy so I wont have time to search EVERY single client in emails just to see what all they booked/added on when the app was supposed to do that for me! Just that alone could cause a HUGE issue business-wise. Please fix this you guys😭😭😭 I love this app too much & dont want to leave! Fix this glitch please I beg.
  • Mobile bug

    This app is really starting to get annoying for mobile! When adjusting my schedule it won’t adjust it on the app. It will only adjust the time if I’m on desktop. Also would be helpful if my clients didn’t have to make separate appointments for multiple services. At first I didn’t really mind these extra steps but lately it’s becoming really inconvenient. Really considering on canceling my services.
