    hatch product suddenly stopped working. won’t turn on, connect, show any signs of life. it’s of course plugged in and wifi is up and running. nothing changed in the day since it was working except perhaps updating the app. :/ i rely on it at night for light and noise, so… this is a real bummer..
  • Sleep sound turns off automatically

    I tried using the app and physically tuning on sleep sound. It shuts off in 20 seconds.
  • BE AWARE: Must change WiFi password

    In the fine print of the help settings page after a number of errors you will see a note that says the Hatch does not support special characters in the WiFi name or password. This should be a show stopping issue as almost every WiFi network name or password contains at least one special characters

  • Like the product but…

    Really like the product. We have two. One older model and one newer. However, the app for the newer model is very confusing and hard to use. I’m not sure why you can’t just make it simple. If you want to run a program it’s really hard to set up. Fix the app and this would be a five star review all the way around.

  • Poor connectivity

    No matter where I use the hatch, the app has the worst connectivity to the device. It will often ask me to force close the app and try again. Even after force closing the app, it does not load. I turn off the hatch in the app, and nothing happens on the device. It is terribly frustrating. I hope that an update to fix this issue is coming soon.
