    The app is good at what it does, and I don’t mind ads on free versions of apps. The problem I have is full screen, unskippable ads that disturb my thought process when I’m inputting foods or navigating to different pages. Keep in mind, the only thing full screen ads accomplish is me crashing and restarting the app to get rid of them.

    Huge database with the option to add new foods via the food’s barcode or manual input. You can also input your own recipes or meals to make tracking even faster. This is the only tracker I have found to also track micronutrients as well as macros. Highly recommend!

    Very helpful in creating a plan for health goals and monitoring your progress towards achieving those goals. Tracking and inputting your daily calorie goals is easy with the lookup and scan function. Easy to use and understand metrics and charts with customizable targets.

    Counting calories always works when I can commit to it, but it’s very easy to fall off the wagon when I just count on my own by writing tally marks on my wrist or manually punching the numbers into my calculator. Having this app, which monitors my usage streaks, has made it much easier to stay committed. Even without the usage streak thing, it just makes it feel more official and simple. I’m even using the free version, and the only drawback is having to watch a super short ad every once in a while. Not a big deal at all. The barcode scanning feature is great and makes things easy. If I have food that isn’t available in the database or doesn’t have a bar code, I can just find something similar in the database and use that as an approximate guess. I’ve lost a lot of weight so far and I definitely intend to keep going using this app.

    I downloaded a few before sticking with cronometer and let me tell you. This app gives you all your macros, it is easy to use/track, doesn’t ask for a payment to be able to use. I would definitely recommend.

    Literally get ads constantly. There used to be almost no ads and now they are constant. It’s making me want to stop using the app which is sad because I do love it!
