    This is an extremely useful tool for tracking nutrition and biometrics (for example, ketones and blood pressure). It allows for granularity in tracking micronutrients, and viewing fat intake by type (for example, saturated). It takes a little bit to learn - but it’s a great tool I highly recommend.

    My partner and I love this app, we use it to track our daily intake and plot it against recommended values, in particular vitamins and nutrients that other apps don’t check. I recommend this app as the best app for micronutrient tracking. EDIT: Cronometer added the features I wanted to make this a five-star app: apple watch compatibility. Additionally, cronometer pro is awesome when I have a dietician that uses the Pro version. There are a couple draw backs in the free version but the benefits in gold are now needs I have that can’t be met in the free version for now. The other drawback is that you have to subscribe to share recipes. Cronometer doesn’t support icloud subscription sharing. Their customer support has been great when I reported incorrect nutrition information in their database. Within a few hours, they corrected some products that had incorrect vitamin data and I was able to update my diary and see the changes before the day was over, which is important to me because I want to make sure I’m getting the recommended daily value of micronutrients in addition to the macros.

    Fantastic app that provides a lot of value. It has changed my eating habits dramatically and allowed me to figure out deficiencies in my diet quickly. I’m using the free version and I feel like it has just the right amount of functionality and the small amount of ads are not overly intrusive nor deter from imputing my data.

    It gives you the free scanner which makes everything easy and if it isn’t available you can add items very easily. I like it better than my fitness pal because it gives you free scanner and free NET carbs.

    I am an avid gym rat, 6 days/week and trying to track how much I’ve come shined throughout the day is a pain. I’ve tried every app out there, name I’ve tried it. This one is amazing even the free version! And it doesn’t restrict too much, there are many great features on the gold version but if you’re on a budget the free version works great too. Best app out there for food tracking, calories, macros, nutrients even. Get this one! Your search is over!
