    it’s simple and easy to navigate. you don’t have to pay for basic services on the app and it doesn’t push you to pay while using the app. one thing i wish was different is you could remove something from your diary. in my case, i added it because i had planned to eat it but then changed my mind and i couldnt remove the food.

    I’ve been using this app for a few years. It’s by far the easiest to use and understand compared to other apps out there. Track your health meals, track your cheat meals or what I like to do is use this app to plan my weekly meal preps. I can adjust portion size so I hit macros with precision. Definitely a much needed tool that doesn’t get enough credit. I once heard 6 pack abs are made in the kitchen…

    Everything you need in one platform : fasting, food record, notes, alkalinity, calories, charts. I have had multiple platforms in the past, but last year or so only need Chonometer!

    So much good stuff in this app! As a plant-focused individual, it is important for me to track my nutrition and make sure I’m eating the best for my body. Reviewing my daily nutrition before dinner helps me make an excellent choice for my last meal to round out the day. I’ve learned so much about food using this app. I’ve been logging my food for years.

    I've used other nutritional or dieting apps and decades ago. I used a website that I could only access through the computer to lose weight . I logged foods on this app side-by-side with a couple others to see which one I seriously wanted to commit to and I chose chronometer. And although many could survive on the free app, I wanted all the bells and whistles and chose to pay for the Gold . I say Geeky in a good way because there is so much information. I don't necessarily use all of it at all times but it's there if I need it or want it. I especially love the ease of putting in my own recipes or downloading recipes from the Internet because I literally put every bite of food into the app . Upon occasion, I've had to reach out to customer support and they were very responsive too.
