  • Decent sleep tracker but…

    ….somewhat due to the limitations of the apple watch, I’m not sure all the data is entirely accurate but gives you a good baseline. My bigger issue with SleepWatch was the fact that I was being double billed and when I brought it to the companies attention they wouldn’t do anything about it forcing me to open a time consuming dispute with my credit card company. Life is too short there’s plenty of competition out there.

    Used to work great. Loved the app. Now for over a week it has not been syncing my data. And no matter what I try, nothing works. That renders the app useless to me. I’ve been using the app since I first received an Apple Watch. It doesn’t seem to work any longer so I guess it’s time to clear up space in my devices. Very sad because I enjoyed the sleep tracking.

  • Never worked

    Had this app for a year and it never tracked anything. I have an Apple Watch. I did all the steps it still never tracked. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It still didn’t work. It may work for some people, but it didn’t work for me and I really needed it.

    Recordings are paywalled, so no playbacks. I don’t know what sounds are me, my dog, or people outside of my room. If you genuinely care for your health and can’t afford this right now, I do not recommend.

    I really want to love this app. It has a user friendly layout and useful insight about my sleep patterns, after using it for two weeks, I feel underwhelmed. The crux of my complaint is that it is not accurate. It doesn’t accurately capture when I fall asleep and wake up and it certainly doesn’t capture the times I wake up and toss around in bed for 5 minutes- 30 minutes.

    Why should an informative sleep app. show full screen games for me to download. I open this at work and people will think I am playing some game. There are ads on the main screen please keep it to that. Otherwise, good information.

    This app was great years ago as can be seen by the reviews. The recent imposition of ads before you can view results is annoying. Sometimes you cannot remove the ads. Then I go to the Apple health app to view results. Recently, the results are also off when they finally come through. Sometimes it records sleep when I’m driving on the highway other times it doesn’t record sleep when I am asleep.
