    Wow! There are a lot of positive reviews for this app. I can’t see why. It seems to just be reconfiguring the way my Apple Watch data is displayed. Almost everything else is locked and hidden behind the paywall of this app. Don’t waste your time!!!

    Had an account for a while. Just stopped working trying to work with what they call customer service is imposssible. every thing she responded to was my fault. Never a fault of the app. Had the top app and went none functional half way through the year. She had no way to fix it. I cancelled account even though i had 1/2 year left on account

    All of a sudden, it takes 2 iPhone reboots to enable sleep recording. Wondering if I should continue the subscription
  • HIDDEN CHARGE IN TRIAL

    I deleted the app before the free trial ended, never saw a subscription in Settings, and still got auto-charged $39.99. Since the payment failed, Apple locked my account. Now I have to pay just to ask for a refund. This is shady and predatory — fix your billing system.

    App stops sleep session every night when i get up to use the restroom. So it's not tracking the entire night. I slept from 11-8am and because i got up at 3 am it only shows i slept from 11-3am. Happened every night i used it

    If you cancel the subscription during the trial they will still charge you. Indecent scam dishonest disgusting.
  • Not recording consistently

    App has recently stopped recording sounds consistently. Some mornings I wake up and there’s the sound graph I’ve always seen. Some mornings there no graph at all. Some mornings there’s the graph section, but there’s just a white straight line horizontally but not sound lines show up on the graph area. It’s getting frustrating because I have a sleep disorder and tracking sounds such as talking in my sleep is important. I’m seriously considering bailing on this app and finding another.

    I have been using it for years about a week ago it stopped working just says waiting for data to sync I have sent 4 emails to support with no response I guess I’ll cancel my subscription and just use the iPhone tracker
  • Occasionally useful, mostly doesn’t work

    I have been working to improve sleep for the last year. Upgraded to premium for sleep sound tracking for additional sleep apnea data. Worked great at first. Last 6 months the app continues to fail more often than function. I start recording when I go to sleep but in the morning the app is frozen, no recording and I have to manually adjust sleeping times. App now seems almost useless. Looking for better options.

    I have had trouble with insomnia so I was looking for a blue light filter which I typed into the search bar of the App Store and this was the first app to pop up, pushing itself as a blue light filter when it’s not.
