Description

Whatzit is a secure platform tailor-made for spine implant identification. Featuring the proprietary TextScrub auto-redaction technology, Whatzit is the ONLY secure way to post X-rays for crowdsourced feedback. What is TextScrub? Exclusive to Whatzit, TextScrub technology uses AI, computer vision and other proprietary processes to automatically redact text from X-rays prior to being posted in the Whatzit app. This lightning fast process takes place completely on your device without any communication with Whatzit's cloud-based servers. Un-redacted X-rays with potentially sensitive information never leave your device. Please keep in mind as you use the Whatzit app that modern mobile applications are incredibly difficult to build and just as difficult to maintain. Let us know if you notice anything that seems off or if you find a bug. We'll do our best to find a remedy in a timely manner. Additional improvements and exciting new features are on the way. Be sure to check back often for updates.

As a Spine rep, our job on a daily basis is to provide the best service quality to the provider and to the patient. This app has been an absolute game changer with this cause. It is extremely helpful when we inevitably come across the revision. We are able to submit feedback, and come together as a community to help better our industry. I cannot rave more about this app, there are not enough hours in the day. Chris

WhatzIt has revolutionized revision spine surgery. As a spine rep and someone that is a user/contributor to this platform, I can confidently say this is the pinnacle of spine surgery implant identification as it uses a combination of AI and crowdsourcing to quickly ID the overwhelmingly majority of images that are submitted by its users. WhatzIt has got your back (pun intended)! Reps can now walk into surgery more confident and with the the necessary removal Instruments, making them look like revision rockstars!

I’ve been using this app for several years now, and its utility and value in the hardware identification space is unparalleled. It has help me replace time spent searching for identification of previous hardware and removal instruments needed with actual income producing activities! Those of us who existed in this space previous to this app know the difference it makes. Love it!
  • Spine hardware identification: spine rep/mid level/surgeons tool

This app is for anyone who needs to identify spine hardware for removals. Surgeons, mid levels, reps, etc. This is by far the best tool out in the market that uses sophisticated software to identify hardware that has been implanted at a prior date and needs to be revised, extended, or just take out. As a rep, we use this tool as our go to tool to help us prepare for surgeries so that we have the right removal instrumentation. Gone are th days where there were only 3 companies. With so many companies, this is a much needed tool. Every spine rep should utilize this tool.
