    Paid $243 for gamepass, it worked a couple weeks, then all of a sudden I’m locked out of every game and DAZN claims I have no active subscription. Chat took over an hour to ask me four questions to ultimately end with “nope, still can’t find the record, even though you sent screenshots of the Amex transaction, etc. better to just call Apple.” Worst customer service and total scam of a product. Happily canceling account, and won’t ever give you my business in the future.

    Using this APP to watch NFL games in Japan. For the last two years nothing but trouble with continuous freezes and crashes. When it does appear to work the games you navigate to watch are not correct and it’s a complete waste of time and money. Shame on the NFL for making it the only venue in Japan to watch a game. You’ve lost another customer!

    NFL Sunday Ticket costs close to $500 in the USA. In Brazil, I can get all the games, half the commercials, for barely $51, on DAZN. You can choose English version or Portuguese so it’s been a great way for me to learn while watching football on Sun, Mon and Thursday.

  • Spins and crashes, signs me out

    Whether it’s on my phone, my smart TV or my desktop if I don’t login at least once a week, it kicks me out. It doesn’t remember events that I’ve watched one live events and it takes till the next day for them to be available or at least it just spins when I try and go into it.

    I have been an annual holder for nfl game pass for long time and since it was moved to DAZN the nightmare started. Last year it was tolerable but this season started to have more problems and today was enough. My account is not working and I contacted the chat service as is impossible to talk to a live person from Europe where I’m located. The person in the chat told me that my account don’t have an active subscription. I sent the screen shot of the auto renewal with apple , payment receipt, the they were asking for credit card information over the chat which is not safe and whatever they need was on the receipt provided and the answer was you need to deal with apple as they sold you the subscription!! I will cancel my subscription and request a refund. It’s really frustrating and disappointing to deal with this level of poor customer service.

    I hate writing a bad review but this app is the worst. Aside from being unstable , somehow they decided 7 weeks into the NFL season that I no longer had a subscription even though I provided proof of purchase for my yearly subscription. Customer service is terrible and the issue still isn’t resolved. Avoid. They should be ashamed of themselves.

    I dont know who decided to take red zone and live games off the NFL+ app and put them on DAZN but they need to be fired.
