    Why am I forced to watch a 30 second NFHS ad? I’m paying for this service and have to watch an ad for it before I can view a game.

    The football games in Alabama are never on time. There’s always a delay, even in perfect weather. I really don’t see how it’s worth it.

    I have never been able to watch a whole game on the app. You select the game and then it’s not actually broadcasting. Or it’s frozen in time. I gave up on it last year and tried it again this year. It didn’t work again. Just a bad product. If there is an issue with every game you try to watch at different schools, it’s the product.

    They can’t distinguish between a Thursday game and a Friday game. And when you try to access customer service, you just get a bot that keeps trying to mine you for personal details.

    I’m logged into my dads account and everytime i click on a game it tells me to subscribe now then i click on it and it tells me i’m already subscribed which i am and i go back to the and it still says subscribe now. Doesn’t work need to update bugs and make this app actually work.

    I purchased a subscription because I could not make it to one of my son’s football games. I was excited to see that it would be streamed live. Unfortunately, the game that they were streaming was in the correct city, but the wrong teams and stadium. They even had the correct team names on the bottom of the screen, but still the wrong game. I will be canceling this waste of money. Huge disappointment!

    Purchased to watch a football game and never saw a second of it. Advertised that it would be streaming through the app. Said technical difficulties for the entirety of the game. Asked for a refund and response was that subscription was through Apple and they can’t refund through third parties.

    I’m watching HS football. There is no audio commentary or play by play at all. The video is grainy at best and the camera rarely if ever follows the play (too stationary). No score or stats on the screen at all. The local broadcasts in prior years were head and shoulders better than this. Horrible. Waste of money. If we hadn’t moved away, we wouldn’t spend a penny on this garbage.

    It never works right. Either the audio is bad or the video quality. All support does is give you a generic response that doesn’t do anything to solve the current problem. You end up paying quite a bit of money for a service that is about useless. But it’s the only place to go and stream games and they know it. So expect to pay and receive very little content in return.
