  • Horrific customer service

    Im horribly disappointed on the lack of customer service. I deactivated and canceled my membership 4 months ago and they continue to charge me. They do not provide any phone numbers or emails to contact the company. The only option you have for communication is chat with poorly managed representatives. I went in circles with someone for over 40 minutes and could not seem to even comprehend what my issue was. After I asked to be escalated 4 times they finally agreed to have someone contact me in 2-4 days. Good product but will never renew again after this experience.

  • No Human Customer Support

    I saw an ad for one of the programs and paid for the membership because I was excited to check it out, but when I downloaded the app and tried to check out the program, it wouldn’t allow access. It said I had to pay for another membership. There’s no way to contact customer support - there’s no email or form that can be submitted asking someone to check out your account and fix the issue. The chat bot was not setup to support the issue, so it just goes in circles. I was able to dispute the charge and got my money back from this malicious company, but I would never trust this brand again. It’s either setup to take your money for membership and then charge you again to see the content - which doesn’t make sense. Or there’s an issue with the app where it’s trying to charge twice. It doesn’t really matter, because either way there’s no way to reach out so they can fix the issue.

    I paid $399 for what was advertised as buy 1 year for $399, get 8 months free. This was deceptive advertise as when I approached them to get the remaining 8 months, they tried to pass it off as “it’s like” getting 8 months free. I’m complaining to BBB, etc next. I would never have paid $399 for 1 year… and after experiencing what MindValley offers, I wouldn’t pay $1. There’s a lot of hype for information that’s available elsewhere for a fraction of the cost, or free. Save Your Money!

    I signed up for a free trial but was charged immediately for $299. I chatted about it on their website but did not get a response from a human. The next day I went to login and the app had an offer for $239. I sent an email asking for a refund or difference back, no response. I looked on my Apple.com and noticed a $0 charge so I thought maybe I was still in the trial phase. On 10/4 when I went to make a cc payment I noticed the charge for $299 was still on there. I have sent an email and received no response. I finally sent a message via What’s app and have been corresponding with robots and finally human beings . But they have told me I’m past the 15 day refund window and can not get a refund of an application I have used twice during what I thought was the trial period. This is a scam as I looked today and they are now offering it for $199. I would not recommend this to ANYONE. Customer service is horrible and good luck getting anyone to respond to email or chats.

    Some of the instructors and classes are great - I haven’t tried every course but really like Jeffrey Allen. The main reason for my bad review is that some of the classes are basically The Secret / prosperity gospel about how getting rich is the best thing you can do in life. They also have new classes coming from Elon Musk’s mom… if the class was ‘how to get rich off blood diamonds and raise children to be world famous con men’ she would be eminently qualified to teach it. But yeah as soon as you associate yourself with the Musk clan, you’ve lost me. I got a response to this review defending Mrs Musk, so I just wanted to hop back on here to update the Mindvalley crew about one of their famous spokespeople - she just advocated for voter fraud, y’all are in such good company

    We often hear this phrase, now is the time the universe knows when you are ready, knows when you were asking for help and a change and a shift, Mindvalley was the exact thing I needed to help really read myself of past beliefs, things holding me back, from living my best life. While this is not the only tool I use in this world, it is one of two extremely important things that I use to keep focused on my goals. I highly recommend this to every human being, at any age. when we can heal ourselves internally, anything is possible.

    I never have bothered to review an app before but this one is so great, I had to share! Everyday, I include one class in my morning routine. So far the teachers have been Top Notch. I have perfected my manifesting skills, learned all about energy and Chakras, and am increasing my brain power and health. Can’t wait for more!! Enjoy, it’s worth every penny!

    Mindvalley has literally changed my life. I was lost and just barely sober after 9 years of addiction and needing to find serenity, peace, forgiveness and love for myself and others. After using the 6 phase meditation for only 6 days my life has changed drastically. I’m so happy and finally found myself again after such a long plight of loneliness and self pity. My connection with my higher power is the strongest it’s ever been. And I enjoy every aspect of my life. There is no longer any bad moments but only circumstances as I’ve changed my perspective of life. Thank you Vishen for all your hard work. You truly are making the world a better place!!!
