I have played Evony for the past several months and invested hundreds of dollars in my account. During the last server war, the game froze and the app dropped; consequently, I lost 900 million power in troops, the result of the time and money invested. I was in contact with customer support for five days. This is the final response… We've received the screenshot you sent, and upon thorough verification, we've found no anomalies. We completely understand that you might have been hoping for a different result, and we're truly sorry if this is a letdown. We know you took the time to send us the screenshot in the hopes of getting a resolution, and we appreciate your effort. Regarding the search near the battle, no error reports were found. This indicates that, as per our current checks, the systems around the battle area are functioning as they should. But we want you to know that your feedback is incredibly important to us. Fine game

There's little good to say and lots of bad too say. It you want a pay to win experience that is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars then this is it. Except it's not worth it. Trash customer service AI, trash network reliability, trash discord, etc. More trash than it's worth. Find a better way to throw your money AND time away. Customer service pretend to care and ask for more info, even if you send screen records, chat screens, reports, mails, and other players post the same complaint for you. It's all just bologna. The ads show quick games you can play, which eventually require your castle to be of higher level, generals be stronger, etc. The ads DO NOT show actual game play. It takes way too long to load the game, as in minutes.

Decent game, but absolutely the worst customer support. Tickets are ignored, tickets are closed without resolution. When customer support does respond they ask a question and do not follow up after you respond. For the same issues, I have submitted multiple tickets with screenshots of all previous tickets and the issues are never addressed. They also do not properly address issues with players violating their own TOS and allow players to create a toxic gaming environment negatively impacting 100s of other players. Also, it’s not a puzzle game. The puzzles are a tiny side project and once completed they repeat the same puzzles
