  • Great game but constantly losing money

    I love playing the game but it doesn’t make sense to me with all the updates being done somehow my app will RANDOMLY crash and I will lose the raid pass I paid real money for. If it’s not during a raid weekend I will randomly give the app a chance and with LOW demands it will crash and I have to restart the app. Click on a gym…crash…spin a pokestop…crash…try and catch a Pokémon…CRASH!! I’m giving raid weekend a shot and trying their cool new feature that allows me to remotely join a raid and guess what happens at the end of the raid…the app crashed…and guess what…I LOST the remote pass. I can’t rejoin the raid to encounter the Pokémon….pass gone after doing the raid and the reward is completely gone and pass wasted. This is BEYOND frustrating to invest REAL HARD EARNED MONEY just for it to go to waste just like that. So I completely stop indulging myself with this app. Great they added more events every weekend. But EVERYTIME I load the app up. In person or remote raids I end up losing my money somehow. I still have up to 45+ passes I bought and 3 more remote raids that will not be used because I will not continue to use an app that always has the same problem but constantly updating EVERY MONTH

    A majority of the raids i do are wasted and I barely ever catch the legendary. It is making me want to throw my phone into a wall when I waste a remote raid and 7 golden raspberry to not even catch the legendary that I want. Of course the legendaries I do catch are the ones that I only want because they are legendary. Pppppppllllllleeeeereaaaaaassssseeeeee i cant catch a lengendary with an excellent throw and golden raspberry.

    Do not spend money to buy poke coins to buy remote passes for raids, the odds of catching a legendary are low and is a waste of money when you don’t actually catch the legendary Pokemon, otherwise great game!

    Constantly glitchy. I spent money on a remote raid pass, used it, then got kicked from the raid IN THE MIDDLE OF IT!!!! Everyone complains about how glitchy the game is and it’s true

    I’m hoping this gets the companies attention. The game will not let me type my username and password to login after the most recent update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still can’t even type. Hoping this gets seen and fixed soon. Happy to update my review to a 5 star after this has been resolved.

    So ive been playing for years. Ive bought the devices, all the devices for this game. You name it i have it. Ive gone to santa monica i even went to the anahiem convention center when they had the first ever kangashan event so I’ve been playing the game since the longest. Was there when the legendarys first came out, the raids even the epic mewtwo invites for the raids that require the invite and omg fun…. Sooo idk why or what happened, i got a banned b4 , i didnt mind bc i was led back to game, than out of blue i turn on game n it said my account was terminated, broke my heart, n alot tel me to make another account but my heart cant go thro this again, i lost all my pokemon… the ones like gengar event, like mewtwo that i got from the long ago raids… omg rven talkin about this makew me tear up, all those years of memorys n this game banned me, so i gave up on trying bc why banned me when i was loyal to game even got burn from the sun for over playing this game, so hopefully it dont happen to anyone else but for that i gave up..
